Shatter was relieved when she finally started moving. "That's wasn't hard now was it?" He questioned her in his low voice, not even faltering in step as he continued to lead her to Star. He glanced at the colt for a moment, then looked to Wind. "He your's?" This was probably the most he would speak until getting back to his other mare. If the colt wasn't Wind's, that meant he had a mother who would be around somewhere looking for him, more opportunity to get a mare on his part.

She would not allow him the satisfaction of seeing how his words affected her. Her eyes immediately went to the ground as her tail swatted at the flies buzzing around her rump. "Is it to much to ask for a explanation for leaving me to raise my son without a father and explain how you abandoned me when he was old enough to ask?" She snapped in response, though her words held less venom and exposed the true feeling she felt, hurt and betrayed. "I trusted you and that was how you repaid me." She added to cover her exposed tone. Her foal was not their son, was not referred to as his or our but rather her. She didn't think he deserved the thought of her son being his too, even if he was his biological father. "How do you expect me to react to you returning after three years of absence, you said you'd come back but you hadn't meant right after finding yourself another mare, you meant to leave me after you were done with me. So. I want a explanation, though I doubt you won't have your excuses."

This younger stallion seemed content with following her around, she enjoyed pulling his strings. She lifted a hoof and then she was leaning back before she struck the water with both legs, sending it spraying in his direction. She huffed, head high as she felt rather proud of herself as she walked along the water's edge making sure to send dirt flicking out behind her.

His daughter leaving, being pursued by a stallion lifted a weight off his shoulders for now. He stopped grazing when he spotted Spark. He watched her curiously, seemingly waiting on her to get closer, though he took off towards her in a full run, ready to give chase and claim his prize if he managed to snag her. He wasn't planning on letting this one get the best of him. The roan sent out a replying nicker to her playful call. Clearly interested with her.

Her ears pinned again and she took a step back. "So you want me not for my looks for personality, are my looks not up to your standards?" She snapped in response.
