He lowered his head, ashamed of his actions. "It was my fault," he muttered and sighed.

Celebrian shook her head, running her tail under his chin, so Ciel would look her in the eye. "It was nobody's fault, my dear. It was just a little incident."

Ciel looked her in the eye and nodded. "All right," he sighed. He still wasn't convinced completely, but he didn't want to challenge his alpha's word.

"Good. Now get some rest. Sweet dreams." Celebrian smiled, before she trotted to the mouth of the den where Thalion and Arwen were, curling up beside her daughter.

Ciel nodded and padded over to an empty spot in the den and curled up to get some sleep, not really wanting to risk having the dream again, but his alpha told him to and he did as he was told... Most of the time.
