Desi kept the gap between Indian and her. She wasn't interested in either stallions, but the filly, Gypsy. She was taking her on as her own foal, it seemed like anyways.

Royal flattened her ears, returning to grazing and not really paying attention to Cocoa right now. She could tell the other mare wanted to be lead, though he had already claimed it and thought it best for her.

Firefly watched his mares, waiting.

Gypsy continued to wander off. Though not far. The filly snorted and trotted over to Shadow, laying down next to him, lonely and lost. She flicked her tail softly, laying her head down in front of Shadow.

Indian looked at April, nickering softly to her. Another mare? Great!

Shadow looked over at Gypsy curiously. Was he actually willing to stay with him? Or perhaps this was just a one time thing? He decided to sleep first, worry about the filly later.

April shyly approached Indian. She felt a bit unsure, though she had a feeling that Indian wouldn't send her away the way that Shadow did..She kept her head near the ground, but dared to get nearer to the stallion.

Rain nickered softly and started grooming the stallion's back. She wondered how Neptune would treat her now that she was in his herd, most stallions would give the mares sweat talk until they were in their herd. She just hoped he was different and so far he has got her pretty interested which was a good thing. She had also wondered when he was going to ask to cover her, she was in stage 3 so she would most likely accept him. After a while Rain stopped grooming him and lowered her head to graze as well.

the seal bay stallion backed away from the mare as she accepted him, ears laying flat against his head, though in a calm way. knight was never one to talk much, he mostly just showed his emotion through actions, in his mind, actions spoke louder than words. snorting, the male nosed the female's flank lightly, only wanting her to move. of course he was pleased he had found a willing mare, he just wanted more, what stallion wouldn't? he tossed his mane to the side, picking up a trot behind the dun mare, her heat scent still making his focus a bit unsteady. but, knight was no fool, he knew that she wasn't deep enough, he didn't want to risk getting kicked. the stallion let a low bellow escape his grey lips, echoing across the land, looking for more mares to gain.

neptune snorted contently as the female groomed him, licking his lips lightly slightly. his pink nostrils flared at the mare's strong scent, perhaps she would accept him now. he moved his muzzle around to her painted flank, lipping at her thin tail gently. his upper lip raised for a moment before he nosed her hip lightly, asking. he hoped she wouldn't refuse, he wanted to grow his bloodline, and ultimately gain more mares.

the dappled mare watched the painted mare curiously, cocking her back hoof up in relaxation. she enjoyed the mare's company right now, she was content at the moment. snorting, the female lowered her head to the grass, lipping at the stalks of green gently. she wondered if firefly wanted to move, but she knew she didn't want to yet so, they wouldn't move right at this moment.

the tree branches overhead emitted soothing shadows over the dappled mare's palomino coat as she grazed. the soft sound of falling water was all she could hear, it filled her flicking ears and hindered her hearing, which she hated. she would never be able to hear if another horse was approaching, though she hoped that the thick, earthy scent would shield her own. cobra was not interested in a herd, not yet anyway. a soft snort escaped from the mare's grey nostrils as she lifted her head, dark brown eyes sparkling in the faint light as she watched the open forest around her. maybe she would be safe here for one obvious reason; who would be wandering through the forest? wolves were common, which she didn't exactly like, why would any male come exploring through this place?

the grullo mare pricked her ears forward as the stallion gave her his own reply, making the mare bubble with excitement. she kicked out her back legs quickly before rounding a corner, seeing the handsome flaxen chestnut stallion. she slowed to a fast trot, scented tail slapping against her striped haunches. feign reached out her muzzle as she approached, running her velvety muzzle along his, memorizing his scent. the small mare kicked out slightly before turning her flank to the stallion, pressing her rump to his chest, flicking her tail to the side.

crashing waves threw themselves up against the sandy shore, taking some of the grainy beige pieces with it as it sunk back into the ocean. it was a very peaceful place, the loud sounds were like a harmony that one could experience if only they made it to the beach. a beautiful leopard appaloosa mare flicked her heavily scented tail against her brown, spotted haunches, spreading her irresistible scent around the salty air. her light cream hooves blended in with the cream-colored sand as she stood, letting the bright, spring sun warm her lanky body. a content snort escaped her light grey nostrils, her eyes closing for a couple of moments as she rested. normally she would be out, taunting and teasing stallions but, she had found this shore and it was peaceful for her. she just had to stay for a bit longer.

a young blue roan mare stood by herself in the shade of some pine trees, the bushy branches casting shadows over the female's body. she had her ears flicked back in an uneasy way, she just didn't like being unprotected. she didn't like being with stallions either though so, it was a bit conflicting. snorting softly, the mare held her tail clamped, not wanting her heat scent to spread anymore than it already had. looking around, the mare saw a water hole nearby, just a couple of feet away. looking around quickly, the young mare trotted over to it, inspecting the liquid. after it passed her test, she lowered her velvety muzzle to the water, drinking quickly.

Firefly watched over his small herd. He didn't mind if they moved or not, it was his leads decision and he would wait for her to guide them.

Indian lowered his head and sniffed at the ground, stretching his head towards April, nice and calm. He didn't turn away mares, sometimes even a young bachelor that was lost found a way into his herd, but always chased out at spring. He looked at her with warm brown eyes.

Gypsy dozed, content for the moment.

April raised her head and nosed Indian's neck. He smelled oh-so slightly of Shadow, and she wondered if perhaps Indian had met him. She dared not ask, as despite his non-intimidating features, April was terrified by the stallion.

Indian sniffed noses with her, then grazed quietly, flicking his tail. He had no wounds suggesting a fight.
