Territory
The Den
Dug beneath an evergreen tree by our forefathers, the den is our home base and center of family. Generations are born and raised here. While game is rarely seen here, it is only a short distance from several hunting grounds.
The North
North of the den lies the thick, overgrown woods, where it is always dark and frigid. Small prey thrive here, namely birds and squirrels, but the inconsistent terrain makes hunting difficult. The border is disputed between the Evergreen Pack and the larger, more aggressive Crimson Pack that neighbor us, making it somewhat treacherous. Bears can also be found here occasionally.
The East
The main hunting ground for Evergreen is the river running through the eastern plain. Elk and caribou can be found here seasonally. But beware also of humans. Their hunting season is in Autumn. Coyotes and lone wolves are also common here, as well as the small, negligible Sparrow Pack, whose territory occasionally overlaps.
The South
The southern forest is a peaceful area, but due to past overhunting, game is relatively scarce. It used to extend even further south to another section of the river, but humans have taken over the majority of it. However, they never hunt here, so it makes a good place for younger wolves to practice hunting small rodents, like voles and mice. Like the den, it is considered a safe area in the territory, besides the occasional coyote.
The West
The mountainous western territory is probably the least explored section. With its cold, harsh terrain, no one knows what lies beyond it. Its only discovered value is the presence of moose, which are very challenging to catch, and in times of drought, it has snow in every season but Summer.
Rules
-All of Tess's rules apply.
-Be courteous of other members.
-If someone is offline, only post up to a page without them.
-Ranks are first-come-first-serve. Later on you may move up or down ranks.
-This is a realistic roleplay. That means two alphas, one beta, one omega, and however many subordinates, pups, and young wolves.
-Also, because it's realistic, you should obviously know a little about wolves. X3 Use this as a guide if you don't know something.
-Pups and omegas can eventually break off and form their own packs, or become loners, but for now I'm not accepting lone wolves.
-For... erm... "intimate moments," use time skip. Also, only alphas can do this, and only in Winter. Pups are born in Spring.
-You may have up to two characters.
-Let your character lose sometimes and give them realistic flaws. It makes it more interesting. A balanced character is more relatable than an overpowered or underpowered one.
-While this roleplay is not specifically literate, plz dun tak laik dis, And Please Do Not Talk Like This, OR THIS FOR THAT MATTER!!!! etc. I understand common grammatical errors, but put a little effort in it.
-Sorry, but "wolf speak" is kind of a pet peeve of mine. If you don't know what that is, here is an explanation. (mild language warning) I promise that you will not be thought less of for using actual anatomical language. :3
