✘ Steel watched as Kamaria came into the camp after hunting by the looks of things. He couldn't help but smile slightly as she spoke about the lack of prey and hoping he'd slept well. "Yes thank you, I slept well."he alpha's voice was crisp and deep. He continued to watch Kamaria's body language as he padded to the edge of the large rock just outside his den. He stood on the edge of it and extended his large torso, lifting his head into the air and taking in a large inhale. "How was your sleep Kamaria?"He asked now looking down to her.

✘ Tala let out a squeal as Alias fell on her. Squashing her head onto the ground and taking the breath out of her. She grinned briefly as Alias got up and padded off outside. That wasn't an accident. She giggled to herself before slowly climbing to her paws. Her one ear flopping over, making her look like an over grown pup. She began panting again and padded out of the den to Alias. "Out of all the wolves you could fall on!"she giggled still finding the moment funny. She looked at Alias grinning briefly. She knew today was going to be a funny day.

✘ Aleera looked over at Erienne briefly shocked at her presence suddenly. After a moment she realized it was only Erienne and continued on walking back towards the camp slowly with the herbs. "Im not the lead herbalist...maybe you should ask her. Not me.."She said, her voice was calm and subtle. She rolled her eyes briefly at the young wolf. She didn't really care about many wolves in the pack because she just looked out for herself most the time.

"I also am finding I don't have much today. Yes, the weather truly is lovely this morning! Thank goodness we haven't had a heatwave yet - I don't know how we'd stand it." She winced slightly, remembering the weather they had been cursed with last year. No one could come out of their dens at all in the middle of the day and they were all mostly staying in the river. "Have you got anything planned today? If you need any simple herbs gathered, I wouldn't mind helping." She liked Clove, she never felt patronized or inferior in her presence.

He quickly loosened up as soon as they left camp, and was quick to snarl at Icy playfully. "Oh honey, don't you think I'll be the one going easy on you? Wouldn't want to scratch that pretty face a' yours." His smirk was wide while his eyes danced with mirth as he too entered a fighting stance. He made sure to keep his paws firmly grounded, even using his claws to dig into the soil. He knew he'd have to be careful. Icy was scarily strong and agile - she hadn't gotten the Lead Guard position for nothing. But he couldn't help the adrenaline that was making his body hum.

"we'd probably have to stand in the river again. that river's dangerous." clove sighed, remembering how many people had come in from almost drowning, and how many pups died. it was awful, and it almost caused the pack to starve. the whole pack was busy and tired from the stressful days. "i don't really have much planned today, but it would be nice to get some herbs." clove smiled at nayru. "thanks for asking, nayru, and if you want, you can come. the herbs i want to gather aren't very far away, and in a beautiful place in the forest.

I shook my head, "Not really, there's never much to do as a Herbalist unless someone gets hurt. Aleera went out to get herbs and other items, till a wolf comes in all the Herbalists are free I guess." I said softly, nodding when he spoke of guarding. My gaze flashed up to Steel, as I heard him speak. I turned back to Orion, "I guess I shall leave you to your duty then." I said softly, turning and padding away.

I stretched out, yawning and stepping out of my makeshift den for the night. I turned around, glancing at it before shaking my head softly and padding towards the river. Glancing around to find food, as I made my way to the water source. I had slept late for some reason today, and it surprised me. Normally I was up before others, but it seems the whole forest was up before I was. I sighed as I found myself beside the river, sitting down on the shore with my front paws in the cool river.

Kamaria released the gesture after he concluded his remark and took on the standard position of a stance, except her fashion was elegance in which she did so. Her golden eyes traced his silhouette and shadowed the brute as he advanced towards the stone monument and cocked her head slightly to the left. In response towards his inquiry her ears projected outwards in order to become slightly level with her head, "I've had better nights, thank you for asking." She spoke lightly with a simple shrug of her petite shoulders. Her charcoal tail swayed delicately to her flank as she surveyed her alpha before making an additional comment, "Just what do you think you're doing up there?" Kama inquired with a soft chuckle towards his behavior, resulting in a toothy grin.

"Yes, but hopefully by that point we'll have been able to find a safer alternative...." It really had been horrible to see, and she felt bad for the healers that had to try and look after everyone at once. She blinked quickly, cutting herself free from the flashbacks and sent a small grin in clove's direction. "I'd love to come along, I'm not being much help by just sitting here anyway! And it'll be interesting to see an area of the forest I haven't seen yet." It would be a wonderful surprise to find a place she hadn't visited before, since it felt like she'd ran circles around the place years ago.

Nayru practically skipped after Clove, giggling quietly. It would be nice to get out of camp - and away from watchful eyes. She needed to relax, without the overbearing weight of rules. She now did not have to act all submissive and whimper - at least for a little while. She sent a sly grin in Cloves direction, and couldn't help but ask, "So, who are these new herbalists? Several have joined since last year when it was just Sage and yourself. And I haven't really had much of a chanve to speak with them..."
