"Hmmmmm." he swished his tail and nodded at the mare "after all of my years being a lone stallion, I never get to talk to a mare without getting into a fight with the lead." He snorted "your the first to ever talk to me" he chuckled softly , he returned his gaze towards the hers and scoffed softly to himself.

“And I never get to talk with a stallion." I said looking back at him. “I mean, I've talked to Chance and all. But not one of the herd stallions except the lead because he always makes me stay at the back a few paces after the herd. So, don't mind me if I'm attacked by a wolf or bear. I have no protection against it." I grumbled.

The stallion narrowed his eyes at the herd than back to the mare "how dare they do something to such a beautiful mare like you. What makes them think that they're all that!" He snorted angrily as he stamped his feathered hoof on the ground.

I stared at the herd. I was speechless. I was a bit surprised when he called me a beautiful mare..... No one ever thinks that of me. I glance back at him grateful for his kindness.

Shadow swished his banner unpleasantly and he smiled back at her. He looked at the sky as he Realized the setting was getting darker. "I shall be on my way... it was splendid meeting you Talligan" he snorted pleased "I will see you around?" He asked

The young paint snorted in the stall. She was a ad horse, but she was captured. Storm only trusted a few humans but others, She would kill. She hooded the ground growing impatient being in the small stall.

With that said, the brute whirled around and galloped away. Once he made it home it was quite dark(if that's ok) the stars began to glimmer and he smiled as he searched for one certain star. He began to speak in a whisper to the sky "Hey buddy." It glimmered slowly as if it were reply to him "How's sky life treating ya." He held back his tear as the fireball just glimmered. "Why can't you come back?!" He snorted rearing half way and back down followed by a prod of his hooves on the ground. It just glittered and stayed speechless, Shadow looked down and was aware that it wasn't real.

I watched him run away until I couldn't see him anymore. I turned and headed away in the opposite direction of the herd. I pushed my way through the bushes and found the spot I had been looking for. A small grassy area with plenty of shade and sunlight. I went over glancing back in the direction of the herd who were now starting to settle down.

The brute relaxed his muscles and remembered his plan, he galloped back to the stables and stopped in front of the fencing, he arched his neck and picked up a mouthful of the tasty grass. Flicking his head with pleasure he began to graze more, assuming the humans were inside so he was free to do whatever.

Storm reared and have a high pitched naigh. She wanted out, her wild spirit was corralled in this small stall, She was a wild horse, She wanted to run and be free not be stuck here trying to be tamed by humans.
