Colour: A cream/pale brown wolf with yellowy gold eyes.

Personality: Solaris is usually a kind character, helping those who need it when possible. However, he strongly follows the way of nature and is very blunt when it comes to defending territory or prey. When made angry he can be terrifying.
Strengths: Naturally strong, can easily intimidate and his colourings help camouflage him when hunting in plains/long grass.
Weaknesses: Less stamina,
History: Raised in a small pack, being one of three in a litter, and left to start his own pack at the age of two years.

Colour: A red-brown wolf with amber eyes. There's an old bite mark on the scruff of her neck...

Personality: Strong and fearless, Heather does NOT like being messed around with. She is naturally dominant and will happily speak her mind, even if it gets a negative reaction from others.
Strengths: Very dominant and tends to get her way a lot of the time, Cunning and can create a plan of action easy. Messy/hard work doesn't bother her.
Weaknesses: Is rather hot-headed and often gets into fights, even if it's against a bear. She's also wary and untrusting of others, which means it's hard for her to be accepted into a pack.
History: Born into a large pack, but a rival pack defeated them and claimed the territory when she was 2 months old, driving her family out. A coyote stole her brother and only sibling one night shortly after, and tried to steal her too, causing the bite mark on her neck. Eventually they found a new territory, and Heather helped her mother raise the next litter of pups before leaving her pack at the age of 2 years, 4 months.

Solaris

Solaris padded slowly through the snow, lifting his muzzle to the air occasionally to scent for prey. He'd been wandering for some time now, and his search for a mate, or at least a pack, seemed to have failed entirely. He sighed, his stomach giving a growl, then moved on, leaving only paw prints in the snow and a faint scent.

Heather

Heather ran through the snowy fields, pursuing a hare that was hastily speeding off about a metre or so ahead of her. At full sprint, her jaws finally grabbed hold of the hare's leg and she pulled it back, skidding to a stop as she made the kill. Looking around to make sure nobody had seen her, the she-wolf began to eat, gulping down the still warm meat hungrily. Licking blood from her jaws, Heather then began to walk once more, heading towards a forest nearby to rest.

I turn and grin at Myst. You don't think I'm strong enough to hold the position? I smirk, I am about to have pups and I can still hunt, do you think that is a sign of someone who couldn't hold Beta? I run ahead, waiting for Myst to catch up.

I sneer at her. Just remember how much info she gave you about her. Limited info, smart choice. She also snuck in the den with out anyone noticing. If she isn't strong she is obviously smarter. Do the math. I said that before she sprant off but I didn't care. I padded off south from her. I didn't care for my pack, nor the pups. I padded along until I bumped into Solaris. I sat down quietly in front of him.

Solaris paused, staring at Myst uncertainly. 'Just on the verge of giving up, and now a she-wolf shows up out of the blue?' he thought, curious about the female. "Uh, hello there." Solaris said, his ears slightly flattened in a defense display in case the she-wolf tried anything. "Who are you"?

Heather

Heather padded into the forest, but while she scented other wolves she kept going fearlessly, Others didn't bother her, and now she broke into a trot, confidently heading past the pack's territory.

Lexi shook her head in disgust. Smarter, maybe. But if it came down to survival of the fittest, she was obviously the best choice. You couldn't hunt with smartness alone. With renewed confidence, Lexi returned to the den.
