James just stood there in silence. He got up and went outside. "What's wrong with him?" Ink wondered. "I don't know just let him go." Penny replied. Sun gave scarlet a blankie and put her on the couch, And turned the TV on to her favorite Show.

[Boomer]

Alessa looked at the ground, feeling guilty for making him leave. Scarlet looked at the TV and calmed down a little. She flicked her tail some. The other pups jumped onto the couch and laid with Scarlet.

Sun smiled. "Here for a little treat." He handed them there favorite ice creams in a bowl. He handed the last one to scarlet Which was Straw berry. "If you pups need anything just come get me." Sun went to his room.

James just stood Outisde under an oak tree. He felt really bad and had flash backs of his Parents getting murdered and fire in the house exploding it. With him in it being badly injured and needed surgery. The words of Alessa repeated in his mind. It's not easy to be afraid of what almost killed you. tears streamed down his face.

Penny and ink played chess in The Kitchen.

The other pups scarfed down their ice cream, but Scarlet pushed her's aside. It was ice cream that got her into the water, and she was sure not going back. She turned her back and let the others fight over her ice cream. Alessa pulled Scarlet down from the couch and cuddled with her.

"It's okay scarlet. If you want it you can have it. You don't have to go in the bath okay? If you want another bowl of ice cream Just ask." Sun said before leaving to his room.


James started crying and leaned on the oak Tree. "I miss you" he said threw tears and Whimpering.


Penny and ink looked at the window Saw James. "He's in the back yard leaning on a oak tree." Penny turned back to playing chess.

"No thank you..." said Scarlet quietly. She soon got up and went outside. Alessa did as well, but went into the backyard. She saw James and walked to him. "I'm sorry..." she said quietly, "That fire really scared me. I didn't want the others to be hurt like I was." She sat down next to him.

Scarlet looked around, then went out of the yard. She looked around again, then ran off, going into the woods. She had decided that she would live in the woods by herself and live by her rules. She found a small den and went inside.

No one, noticed Scar got except sun. "Scarlet! No! Don't go! What about your dad? Your mom? Your home? Your food? Your siblings your everything! Come back!" He said running after her.

James stood there in silence. "It doesn't matter." He cried tears streaming down. He hugged the oak tree for a moment. "I can't make them come back." He said quietly threw struggled breaths and tears.

Alessa was a bit unsure what to say. She just looked down and pawed at a pebble. "I'm... sorry." she said quietly.

"Hmph..." she grumbled, curling up in the den, "I don't want any more shots or baths. I can be just fine out here." She pawed at her nose, then sneezed.

"Fine have it your way." He ran back to the house.

James "I-I f- forgive y--you but you reminded me when my parents got... M-m-murdered." He broke into tears.

Alessa was very confused as he cried. She always thought males weren't supposed to cry. "Um... I uh..." she said quietly, "I'm sorry." That's all she could really say.
