Cas listened to her silently, though his eyes focused on other things. 'Might have been worth my time...' he thought about her words, not sure how to take the comment. He then gave a shrug "Not really. You can stay if you want" he muttered. He slightly scowled at himself, considering he kinda wished that Song would stay. He liked speaking to Song, it seemed as if she might listen. He pushed the thoughts away and turned his head.

"Look at you, giving me permission to stay," She wrinkled her nose at him, but her eyes were smiling. Half of the fae was surprised he hadn't yet told her to get lost, but she had to admit she was slightly pleased. She was used to saying whatever she wanted the moment the thought danced into her head, but in the case of the touchy omega, she tread a bit more carefully. "I can't think of anywhere better to go, can you?" her gaze wandered lazily over the camp, watching the other dogs go about their business.

Cas flicked his ear. He didn't necessarily give her permission, but at the same time he figured she was just joking around with him. He looked around the camp hen gave a nod in agreement. "There really isn't anything to do around here most of the time" he muttered swishing his tail. He usually hung out around camp in the city. He liked walking around but most of the time had to focus on getting scraps for himself.

The fae stretched, wondering what Cas did to have fun. If he ever did. Her thoughts were interrupted as her stomach growled. "So what are the rules for you then, what are you allowed to do?" She pricked her ears. "Any rule against going to grab a bite with a fellow pack member?" To be honest, staying in camp always made her restless. It always felt too slow, too quiet. Whereas in the city... In the city she never was bored, with limitless sources of amusement and excitement.

Cas gave a sigh. "Yes. I am supposed to get last. But usually I have to get my own food since pretty much only bones are left" he replied glanced at her. "I am not sure if I am aloud to eat if someone offers. You would have to ask Hasai" he muttered flicking his tail.

Song tilted her head. "you really think getting a snack is worth asking the alpha?" She looked over at him, genuinely asking. "If you want to ask Hasai, be my guest."

I howl for a mate.... no one yet. My howl was long and piercing, not a beautiful as a wolf's howl but mine was still pretty good. My friendly eyes, defined muzzle and delicate looking body was all there.

Whisp was done. She didn't want to be broken... again... so she tried to find something to get her mind off of her Alpha... with the Omega...

Cas shrugged "It's just the rules...but I don't think he would care that much" he muttered glancing away. He sat up and swished his tail. "There us a food human that sometimes give scraps if you want to go there" he said quietly.

She narrowed her eyes. "A---food human?" Song wondered what reason a human would have to give food to a stray. From her experiences humans usually were selfish and rude, when they weren't outright cruel. The thought of walking up to one and accepting food was somewhat nerve wracking to the young fae. But at the same time she was intrigued. "You do this...often? " She had heard of other dogs doing similar things but she herself usually ran at the first scent of human. "I mean-- I'm not scared. But you sure its, uh , safe?" Song hoped Cas wouldn't take her trepidation as mistrust.
