Maiden slunk into a small cave where she appeared before a glowing rock surrounded by a pool of glowing liquid. Maiden slowly dipped her paw into the glowing pool of water as her eyes glowed brightly. She smiled a menacing smile into the water and purred softly. "I did what you told me to Ghost.. I killed one of them" she cooed, the glowing rock fluxed in light as did Maidens eyes. "Yes sir.. I killed the child" she whispered and chuckled a bit. It was as if Ghost could communicate with her.

Raven layed her ears back and hissed at Majors simple little responce. She was absolutely fed up with his little excuses and him not caring.

Zeus silently stood at the entrance of the cave, hiding in a tree. He made sure to be downwind so that she couldn't smell him. He watched with glowing red eyes and fangs showing. He listened to what she said and growled under his breath. Traitor! He screamed in his head so he didn't say it out loud.

Major did care. He had tried not to get attached because he knew something like this would happen. Always did. Whenever he got close to someone something happened would happen and he'd be on his own again. That's why he had left Raven. He loved her to much to have her get hurt because of him.

Raven slowly picked up lucases shallow breathing body and layed him on her furry chest. She wrapped her paws around him and layed her nose next ro his belly, as if he would latch onto it like he allways would.. Raven slowly hummed to her dying son.. she knew he needed to be at peace, he diddent need to hear his last moments in life of his parents fighting. She gently hummed in his ear like she did on the first night she had taken him in, her voice was shaky but it diddent stop her from finishing the song for her little pup..

Maiden dipped her nose into the water once again as the glow started to fade. She smiled as she simply looked at her beautiful reflection. "oh Ghost.. ypu have made me look beautiful again.. not some roadkill on the side of the highway" she mumbled to herself and swished her long, bushy tail. Her eyes had returned back to normal as she looked outside the cave, hearing some rustling in the trees. *maybe some squirrel* she thought as she padded out of the dark opening of the earth. Her nose twitched as she smelled the air just to make sure, not able to smell a thing but dead leaves and twigs because of the downwind. Her ears tilted back as she dashed off into some rose bushes aligning the forrest, simply dissapearing,

Zeus waited until he was sure she had gone before appearing from the bushes. He moves his ears in a circular motion once then twice before flicking his tail and walking into the cave. He padded over to the water and looked down in it. He growled, his eyes becoming orange again. He swatted the water, making water fly up into the air.

Major listened to Raven's humming and smiled slightly. He wiped his eyes and fluffed out his fur where it had been flattened. He listened until he finished but by then he had passed out. Crying did that to you.

The water did nothing, it was simply water again. And so was the stone. It had seemed that Ghost and Maiden could communicate through a special kind of stone, even if Zeus had smashed the large stone under the water, there was also tiny crystals of the material in the stone of the cave. Making it nearly impossible to prevent them from communicating.

Raven pirked her ears as she heard Majors body lay down onto the ground. She sighed and swallowed hard, saddly looking down to her dying pup as she nussled his chest softly. "Ill be right back darling..." she whispered as she slowly stood up and walked out of the cave, looking around for Majors little secret cave outside. She pointed her nose to the ground and snuffed around until she saw the fur on his tail peeking out of some stone boulders beside the cave. She sighed slightly and picked up the passed out tod by the scruff, his scent smelled alot diffrent... almost like she diddent know him anymore.. Raven sawllowed hard and padded back into the cave as she softly set down Major next to Lucas, she sat in the far corner of the cave in the shadows so when he wokeup, he wouldent know she was tthere..

Zeus growled and looked around, sniffing the air. He smelled Ghost alright but it was... strange. He knew Ghost, well. They had been partners in crime before when he was younger. Ghost had taught him everything. He smirked before running out of the cave, his fur a blur of orange. He wanted to speak to Maiden.

Major was asleep for a while before awaking. He raised his head and shook it. He sat up and cleaned himself before realizing he wasn't in his secret place. He sighed, not caring to know how he got there. He looked down and saw his dead pups body. He took one more look around before bending down and nuzzling the cold body. "I'm sorry I wasn't the father you needed." He whispered before licking Lucas. He picked up the small body in his jaws and walked out of the cave. He walked to the edge of the field where he set the body down and dug a deep and snug hole. He laid Lucas in there and covered him up with dirt. Once he was done he sat beside the grave, his head down and his tail over his paws.

Maiden was curled up under a rosebush, her eyes closed as she crossed her paws together, neatly setting her head down over them. She slowly lifted her nose to smell a jolt of scent other than her beautiful rosebushes. She bared her teeth but simply stayed quiet, nessled up in her prickly thorned kingdom where the rose thorns made it to where no other living being could get into her home but her. She slowly layed her ears back and saw Zeuses face, she recognised it from the victims home and she slowly lowered herself to the ground, hiding her rusty apple colored fur.

Raven watched with her eyes in slits, the small Vixen trailed on behind Major until he had stopped at the end of the feild. There, she lowered her body in the tall grass and watched her ex love bury their son deep into the earth.. Her heart sunk.. knowing he was gone.. She never wanted anything to happen to her precious Lucas... he was the only thing she ever had...
Tears welled in Ravens eyes as she kept thinking *Hes gone..*. She put her paws over her face to keep herself from screaming out in sorrow for her lost pup.. she wanted comfort but she needed to stay strong.. she slowly lifted her head and swallowed hard as she watched Major.

Zeus knew what Maiden was doing. But he had seen her before she had tried to disappear. A trick Ghost had taught him was to be faster than your enemy. Thanks for being my mentor! He thanked Ghost in his head. He stopped outside the rose bushes. "I know your in there idiot. Come out, I need to speak with you. Or are you to chicken?" He sneered. Just like Ghost. He thought.

Major clenched his jaw before raising his head and letting out a long and painful song howl. He put all of his grief into the song and it showed clearly. All who were hearing could tell something had happened. His eyes closed and tears flattened his fur.

Maiden sneered and poked her head out of her rose garden. "What do you want peasant" She spat, her ears flattened agentst her lean head.

Raven slowly stood up and stepped over towards Major.. her footsteps were quiet and she was soft with her tiny body. The small vixen snuck up behind the howling tod and she did someting she probably would never do if it wasent for little Lucas... she layed her small head under Majors front paws, agentst his chest fur as her fluffy tail curled around him. She shook in fear of what he might do to her... but she needed comforting and he was the only one there... Raven closed her eyes and awaited to be slashed by him.

"Watch your mouth! I was mentored by Ghost and he wouldn't like some female treating his star apprentice like trash!" He snapped with anger and truth.

Major didn't hurt her though. He knew she needed comforting. He stopped howling and looked down at her. He sighed and licked the top of her head before nuzzling her gently.
