Baxter dropped the rabbit And shook his fur, he picked it back up and padded over to a nearby feildwhere he could eat. He found a good spot where the grass was flat, he laid down and started devouring the rabbit.

Calista smirked before bringing back the usual neutral expression. The two managed to carry it back to the dens. She proudly sat by the prey, and was excited to eat it if she could. Calista had enjoyed her time hunting with the alpha though, it would probably be the only time she would be hunting with him. Narrowing her eyes she was unsure of what to do next.

"AHA!" She barked suddenly, giggling. "So I'm not the only one!" She teased and looked at Amber who stepped up "What about you Amber? How was your morning?" She asked with a respectful smile as she looked at her with a tail wag. She could see she felt left out, and it didn't feel right to exclude her, so she respectfully nodded at Hunter that she would go up to talk to Amber, she walked up and went to Amber's side with a smile "Hm?"

Nita watched behind Apollo, feeling a little annoyed at the loner. 'He should have known not to go onto other territories! I wonder what Apollo will do...' She admittedly didn't want the strange dog to get hurt, but he did trespass.

"C'mon Aris," he called and swiftly followed behind Nova, towards the hunting grounds, eager to eat and maybe show off a little. A slight breeze flew by his face, carrying the scent of prey with it.

"And just take our food, simple as that right..." He scoffed and shook his head mockingly, before suddenly lunging onto the small dog with claws pinned against his chest in anger. Did he not realize how the pack needed all the prey they could get, especially with the upcoming winter. He could've killed him right then and there if he wanted to, but didn't. Apollo was mean, but not heartless. "Well it's not, you either join this pack or hunt somewhere else" he growled at himself, surprised that he was making a sort of offer.

"Apollo!" Nita whispered in shock, not daring to think about how he had made quite the outrageous offer. 'Why would he ask that dog to join us?! He's a loner! A loner!' Despite what she felt, Nita did not dare to object.

Once they had carried the deer back to camp, Moon dropped it. He saw Calista sit down and look a bit unsure, so he barked to her. "We'll save this for this afternoon's meal," he said to her. "For now, care to share a rabbit?"

"Like any other day, I suppose." She said with a shrug. "Got up before sun up, did a quick patrol along the North border, came back and ate, then waited for everyone else to get up." The other Loners say that the food is for everyone in the winter, not just the dumb Pack. He thought to himself, though didn't speak. Better safe than sorry. He was caught off-guard when the brute tackled him. For a moment he was stunned and didn't move, though only for a moment. Despite his size, living alone for months and fighting for his food and home had made him strong. He pushed the larger dog off of him, but didn't attack. He wasn't strong enough to beat him, that's for sure. "Fine, then. Take my food, give it to those dogs of yours who lay around all day. I'll go back and hunt until midnight and if I'm lucky I'll get a bite of squirrel before someone steals it from me." He growled- and so did his stomach. Embarrassed now, he turned around and started to walk off.

Baxter heard three-four dog talking. He made out that the conversation was about a loner stealing the 'packs' food. She huffed, looking down at the half rabbit he still had left. Baxter grabbed the rabbit and padded over to the pup (koda).

Calista nodded with a small smile and trotted over to Moon, grabbing a rabbit on her way. "Sure" She replied placing the rabbit at his paws, the young fae waited for him to take a bite first since he was the Alpha. She lay down since it was kind of hard to eat standing up anyway. Although he was new at the job, so far he did a pretty decent job and she enjoyed the fact that he appeared more friendly than his father had been. Calista hoped she hadn't done anything too embarrassing in front of him since if she ever wanted to be a Beta or even Alpha one day she couldn't mess up now.
