He set the mouse down onto the almost empty kill pile and sat next to Aris. Sure the kill wasn't much, but it was a good way to get a jump start on things. Besides, the hunter was just warming up."We should go hunt soon" he said, already hearing his stomach growl. He turned his head to see another of his fellow hunters, Nova, just waking up "About time," he teased.

Apollo

He ignored Nita's question and crept closer towards the scent. Wasn't it obvious? Could she not smell? Pfft pups, he thought with contempt and rolled his eyes. He could hear the loner's crunching footsteps as he neared him, prompting Apollo to bare his teeth and pick up the pace. Hopefully, the loner (Koda) wouldn't be too hostile and would make the patroller's job easy, in chasing him off of course. But then again, a fight was never a problem for Apollo.

She turned around when she heard Nita, and noticed Apollo walking away. She stopped and looked at Hunter then back to Apollo. She shrugged then kept going. That dog probably wouldn't like her coming along.

Koda | Male | Husky Corgi Mix | Eight Months | Loner

Koda still dragged his rabbit, heading the way he thought his den was. How far into this place did I go? He wondered. It had seemed like he had only taken a few steps into the territory before.

Deciding to go patrolling, Bruiser said his goodbyes to Baron and went out into the forest. Smelling Apollo and Nita nearby, he decided to go see what the two were up to. "What are you doing?" He whispered to Apollo. Just then, he noticed the scent of another dog, a loner. Bruiser let out a low growl and looked over at Apollo.

Baxter sat in a clearing of forest not too far from the packs territory; he wasn't init though so he'd be safe from the patrollers. The large mutt dog looked up at the sky and sighed. He was hungry. Baxter stood and started walking around, trying to catch scents of prey.

His ears flicked at the sound of Bruiser's voice, a bit surprised as the Doberman seemed to have come out of nowhere. "There's a loner," he replied, but kept on moving with his tail and hackles slightly raised, too focused to pay attention to anything else. It seemed the loner was leading them back towards the border, probably on his way out. But Apollo wouldn't have it, not without giving him a proper welcome. Soon the loner came into view with a rabbit in his jaws. With no time to waste, he swooped out in front of him. "Who are you?" he growled as he stood over the corgi/husky mix. The fact that he had hunted in their land annoyed him even more.

With a shrug, Hunter left Apollo to deal with the loner. He always seemed to like doing stuff on his own anyways. Picking up the pace, he padded along the border with Amber. "Notice any trouble, yet?" He asked the fae. Besides the loner, everything in the forest had seemed calm so far.

Catching the scent of a squirrel, white paws raced across the earth as Aylen quickly followed it's trail. Slowing her quick steps as she eared her prey, the collie mix lowered herself into a crouch, spotting it's tall, bushy tail. Carefully stepping forward, she pounced, killing the squirrel easily.
