Primus launched himself out of the bushes, landing squarely a few feet away from his pack-mate. "Greetings, Duncun. Would you like to assist me on a hunt?" He asked craftily, his tail held high like a flag of dominance.

"Yes i would" As Duncun was startelled

"Then let's head off. I've detected a herd of Elk towards the west. They won't be easy to take down, hence why I asked you to tag along." Primus explained in a matter-of-fact tone. Not wanting to waste any more time, he swiftly disappeared into the undergrowth.

"Wait up" Said Duncun

"Then hurry along now." Primus' voice was laced with a bit of annoyance. He wanted to get to this herd as quick as possible. The pack wasn't fed. This greatly troubled him, despite the pack's only members being the two.

Primus slowed to a trot to allow his partner to catch up. He weaved his way through the undergrowth stealthily. The male kept low to the ground, arching his back in a way that would make his footfalls silent.
