Lirk flicked her tail at arrow as forgiveness and a warning not to do it again "follow me steel" as she ran through the trees only the slimmest wolves could fit through and sat and waited for steel

Cricken gave one last look before taking off. She up river and stalked in the frosty bushes. Elk. The fae looked around. A buck with a broken leg was calling for help. Cricken took this time to strike. She ran up to the grounded buck and jumped on its back. The buck relized what was happening ajd flung Cricken off scrapping it's hoof on her head, Cricken jumped again. The buck was already tired and soon it was dead. Cricken licked her lips and started dragging the catch back.

Steel had a very hard time fitting through the trees, he was just too big. He couldn't fit through any more,he tucked his tail and began walking back the way they came. He sat outside waiting for Lirk to come back. Steel looked down at his paws very upset at how tall and big he was, if his shoulders weren't so big he could have probably fit through. Steel felt bad.

Lirk followed steel's scent, "do you want to go another way? its more dangerous and longer but you can fit"

Steel looked up at her, "No, I think I'd much rather just sleep outside. I've never slept in a den, accept when I was a pup. But I
think I would be better off just sleeping outside.
Arrow trotted out, "what's the problem?" He asked sitting next to Lirk.

Cricken returned with the catch. "Broken leg. Wouldn't have made it." She said when she put the kill down. Cricken ran a paw over her wound.

Lirk looked at steel with confusion "at least sleep outside the scouts den because there are too many threats to our pack" Lirk looked at arrow "follow my scent if you want to find me" she led arrow to a quiet valley where no body was and sat him down "the reason I was mad at you," she swallowed the mean thoughts in her thoat "is because I have only told YOU this and no other brute before, I told you it was summer and as we all know faes are in heat" she finished looking away

Arrow sat up, "I'm sorry Lirk I was just thinking about stuff." He licked her face and nose.
Steel said he would sleep close to the dens, but still outside so he could protect.

Lirk looked at him "what stuff were you thinking about?" she lay on her back in a patch of sunshine still watching him

He layed on top of her kidding around, "Oh, pups, and how beautiful ours will be." Arrow smiled licking her face.
