"Hmm, my job to teach you the ropes ehh?" She said with a grin. "As the beta though, I guess it is my job since Janai is busy. What do you think you need me to show you? Territory maybe?" She remarked, tilting her head slighty at the now fluffy dog in front of her. "Before we go anywhere, maybe let your fur dry. Just in case the hunters mistake you for a fluffy rabbit," she said, her eyes gleaming with hidden amusement.

He snorted, shaking out his long fur a bit more. "No worries, it'll dry pretty quickly in the sun." He grinned "I must say though, I've never seen a bunny quite so big, but I'll take your word for it." He joked mischievously, tail wagging. "But yeah, knowing the territory would be pretty helpful. Let's go" He said, waiting to follow after her.

Err as far as I've paid attention is Aspen meeting Ayo and taking him around the territory~))

Aspen

Aspen gave a snort of laughter. "You never know what you will find in the forest," she said, not letting on any hints. "We'll start here, and make a circle around the territory. Maybe do a bit of hunting on the way," she remarked. "Unless your afraid of finding giant rabbits," she joked, giving a grin as she started to walk out of camp.

He rolled his eyes good naturally. "Giant bunnies are my only fear, we have to avoid them at all costs" He whispered cowering down and pretending to shake with fear. Stretching back up to his full height, he barked cheerfully and picked up the pace, large paws slightly sinking into the ground. "Where to first?"

"We'll head towards the north border and start from there," she barked. "Also make sure no loners have passed into the territory and such. With no pups in the pack currently, its easier for all the wolves to be able to pitch in their share of work. But, in order for our pack to grow, we will need pups," she said, growing serious and thinking about her pack. Being the beta wasn't an easy job, and it was her duty to help the alpha maintain the health and wellbeing of the pack. Snapping out of her thinking, she continued on talking. "But the pack is doing well. We have many members for just starting off, so hopefully prey is plentiful and our health stays in top shape," she barked, increasing her pace to a run.]

He nodded thoughtfully, thinking about pups himself. It had never really occurred to him that he could have pups if he wanted to, but now he was starting to realize. How did you even get faes to like you anyway? Seemed difficult. "Are there typically a lot of loners around here?" He asked, glad he was a hunter and wouldn't be very involved in any skirmishes with loners. Picking up speed to keep up Aspen, he lifted his head to the sky trying to catch the scent of some easy prey.

{Amber~Female~Hunte~No Mate/Crush}
Amber turned her head to look out at the water. The waves lapped up against the shore. It was her favorite sound. "Yeah, the water looks wonderful. Especially with the sun making it glisten," She said, beginning to be mesmerized by the water. She was quite fascinated with giant, open bodies of water.

[Koda-Male-Scout-No Mate/Crush]
Koda got up, stretched, and padded over to an open sunny spot. He'd done his morning border patrols and scent checks, so he decided that he deserved a quick sunning. He found a warm spot and lay down, slightly leaning back so most of his left side was exposed. He loved the sun.

Aspen closed her eyes before responding. "I don't particularly think so. Most of the loners around here have already joined our pack. And I've only been recently appointed beta. Its a fine job, not as easy when working alone. Nevertheless, the pack needs me to remain in my position along with Alpha Janai," she finished, noticing they were coming close to the border. Her nose twitched as she padded over to it and inhaled. "These scents are old, so that should be good news. Your a hunter though, so the only time you'll ever actually need to check on any borders is if your needed. Hopefully we won't ever need extra back up," she replied. "I don't know how our pack would fare if we were attacked."
