Shiver watched the scene unfold in front of her very own eyes, the bigger brute towered over the little innocent pup. Something in her mind clicked, and bravery flooded through her veins. "Hey! Don't hurt him!" Shiver called from the shadows, and instantly regretted her decision to blurt out.

Confusion flashed through Shiver's slivery orbs. What were the talking about? They were too far to listen to their conversation, but she was sure it somehow included her. She watched this brute, and stayed still, in fear the male next to her would awaken, and she didn't really want to face two big ol brutes at once.

Racer whined slightly when his stomach made a loud rumbling noise. They hadn't had a lot of food in the last few days and both the pup and his father were alittle skinny the adult more then the pup. Racer didn't know if he should bolt to his dad or try and fight the bigger stranger off.
