Welcome to Golden Valley Ranch. This place is a home to many animals, though most of them are horses. They aren't just ordinary horses either, these are horses who have had horrible pasts, who had been abused and neglected in their past and have been rescued and brought here. Wild horses who have been caught by the BLM also live here. You will be assigned from one to three horses, and your job is to work with these horses. These horses have lost their faith in humanity and your job is to create a bond with that horse and train it, show them that we aren't as bad as they think we are. You will also be able to board your own horses here and bring your pets, as long as they do not disturb the horses. We hope you enjoy your time here at the ranch!

↠ At least three lines per post and no one liners, even with writers block

↠ No one is perfect! Your characters will have flaws and won't always win

↠ You must make at least one person

↠ No stallions, this is not a stud farm. Only mares and geldings, no matter how calm and well mannered the stallion is. An untamed horse can come as a stallion, but they will be gelded soon after their arrival

↠ You must include a history for untamed horses

↠ Be realistic. A three year old horse isn't going to be able to easily clear high jumps and participate in advance level show jumping. A young horse would only he able to do poles and low jumps, if you want a horse who can do advanced classes, make them older

↠ Please respect and be nice to the other roleplayers on this thread

↠ No smoking or drinking anywhere on the property

↠ You are responsible for your horses. Make sure they are kept in the right stall and paddock. This also applies to the horses assigned to you

↠ One to three horses will be assigned to you and you are to train and work with those untamed horses. Depending on the number of horses, you may not be assigned to one right away

↠ If you finish training one of your untamed horses, you may either keep them or sell them to a good home

↠ If your pet causes trouble, you will be asked to send them somewhere else

↠ Do not harm or intentionally spook the horses, especially the untamed ones

Freedom was born at a thoroughbred stud farm and sold when he was two years old. His owners were not kind, they kept him in a small, cramped stall and worked him too hard. They wanted him to do show jumping so they trained him to jump, though they whipped and beat him if he messed up. Beating him never helped, it just made his more scared ad confused. Eventually the people were found out and Freedom was brought to Golden Valley Ranch.

Oliver was born on a place that couldn't even be called a farm. There was a house, where their owner slept and then the pasture where all of his horses lived. There was a stallion and a group of mares, one mare was bred and the result was Oliver. The pasture had grass, though the water was filthy and the pasture had trash and other bad things in it. Their owner did check and take care of the horses occasionally, though he didn't seem to care much for his horses and usually left them alone, so Oliver grew up with little human contact. Eventually the horses were brought to Golden Valley Ranch, though Oliver is wary and nervous around people.
