Starr shook her pelt, her eyes scanning the area around her, most of the pack had crossed the river by now and were safely away from the blazes.She watched as everyone started to regroup, unsure of what to do. Her omega status meant she wasn't very approachable to begin with. She sat down on the cool shore before noticing another wolf hovering around the pack,like she was, a bit away from her. She strolled towards him.

>> Lightning began to lick down his soaking gray pelt. The river had been cold on his warmed skin. He raised his ears, thinking he heard somebody, but looking around he saw that nobody was talking to him. He was used to it, being an omega and then entering into a new pack. Those two things combined were a perfect recipe for nobody noticing him.

>> Lightning raised his ears as footsteps began in his direction. Was somebody really coming over to him? He doubted it. But looking again, he saw a fea padding over. It was weird; he wasn't used to it. Maybe she was coming over to scold him for being in the wrong spot... Great. The brute stood, a simple greeting, but remained silent until she showed her intentions.

Starr scanned the brute before smiling softly, hoping he was friendly enough to talk to an omega like her. She dipped her head in respect "Hello,i'm Starr"She said stopping a few paces away from him,her tail wagged slowly behind her. She watched the brutes movements,they didn't seem to be threatening but she still kept her guard up.

>> Lightning instantly relaxed a bit when she was showing signs of friendship. He smiled kindly at the fea. "I'm Lightning, nice to meet you," he replied calmly, sitting back down. He didn't want it to be a strained conversation, so might as well make himself comfy right? The gray brute watched her with curious yellow eyes, but smiled all the same.

Starr sat opposite the brute, her ears twitching slightly "Might i ask if your from the south pack? I don't think i've seen you around the north pack. "She stated,trying to remember if she'd seen the brute before. She looked back at the group of higher ranking wolves then herself "And might I ask, why aren't you with them?" she pointed her head at them.

"Whatever," Lucas muttered dryly and rolled his eyes in annoyance, before resuming to move again, not sure where to though. It was just bad luck, is all. They'd find something. The sight of the bear did remind him of his daily pack duty to go patrol around for any other dangers, but he figured he'd do that while looking for a meal at the same time.

Pandora grumbled a little at his response. She followed him "so what now?" she mumbled looking around it was getting dark. (sorry a bit of writers block and stuffs going on)

>> Lightning shrugged and looked off towards the others in the packs. "Yeah, I'm from the south. And I'm not much of a social wolf," he replied with a silly eye roll. "That's why I'm an omega. Not many wolves wish to speak to me." He looked off at the other wolves in the mixture of packs, wishing a little that he was in a better rank. However, he didn't fit anywhere else, so he was content.

She smiled and walked up to the brute, looking at his wounds that surrounded his throat."You can ask for help you know....It is my job" she said in a calm voice as she rubbed a plant paste that she had mixed from some herbs at the waters edge on his neck. She was thankful that they happened to swim to an area covered in healing plants which showed no wolf pack had claimed this area. Tali broke open a thick fleshy leaf and rubbed the sap on his burns."There. All done. Call me if your burns begin to hurt again and I will reapply the sap".
