▲ Zodiak mimicked the young brutes actions, returning the bow with a faint one of his own. He nodded towards his remark, looks like the three of them would be requesting to join afterall, at least this other pack will prove to be more amiable. But he was skeptical, if a pack were to be bordered along with one containing such hostility, it would be wise to return the same manner. He muttered to himself lowly about hoping the pack still remained less hostile than this 'Western Pack' the brute seems to speak of. He nodded swiftly in response to the statement and proceeded to scruff Zephyr as he had previously before the encounter and dove into the ravine, his head elevated more than standard to provide the pup air. His bones ached, his own will was powering him to keep wading the rest of his physique through the water but it was almost too much, as soon as he mounted back ashore he collapsed almost immediately. "Argh, don't mind me. I just.. I just need to gather some air for a moment, please proceed." His comment was followed by the release of Zephyr from his grip as his fragile body quivered with pain.

➸ Zephyr's ears gestured back, overlapping each other as they pursued further until they rested completely on his head in response to the brutes growl. He rustled his pelt slightly to the pattern of the wind as the adults talked amongst each other, chills ran up and down his posterior causing him to tremble faintly. He swished his tail delicately until it remained limp as his nape became scruffed by his father, his paws aimlessly began batting at the water as it enveloped half of his silhouette. The cool feeling against his fur which had gathered heat from the suns rays felt actually pleasant, even though the water was chilly. He provided a slight whine from within his neck as Zoo proceeded out of the water, until the pup was forced against the terrain when Zoo buckled, becoming the new source for his whimpers. His ears flickered in reply towards his remark and he hesitated before nearing Enigma, thrusting his side against the brutes limb.

Brie walked through the woods- on the wrong side of the border. Honestly, birders had little meaning for her. All anyone ever said was "cross the border and you'll be killed by the other packs." Ha. She'd like to see them try. Brie had no intention of dying anytime soon, and she could certainly defend herself easily. There was often better prey on this side of the border, but that wasn't the only reason why she came here. Brie liked to cross the border to remind herself that she wasn't confined to the pack, and make it known that she was a confident wolf who was capable for caring for herself. She didn't need a pack- or so she kept saying. The truth was, she enjoyed the security that a pack provided, the guaranteed den to sleep in and old to eat. But she would never admit this, even to herself.
