Jay opened his eyes as he awoke from his sleep inside his, hollow tree, den. Jay stretched his front legs before standing, the top of his head just missing the top of his den due to his large build. Jay exited his den, after he stretched his hind legs. Scanning the pack's camp grounds, his amber colored eyes detecting every little thing around him, Jay soon spotted Thunder digging into his den, suspecting it was due to his size he decided to go and greet him. Jay padded over to him "Hello Thunder, hollowing out your den?" he asked the obvious. Jay wasn't exactly the sarcastic type, but he always had a rhetorichal remark to send. Of course Jay knew Thunder wouldn't be in a good mood, he could tell by the expression on his face. Though Thunder had never been the joyful type Jay knew Thunder would have to get his job off of his brain and start to think about his solitary life, as in that a mate and pups or at least someone he could joke around with.
Luna shook her silky, beige colored fur as she walked through the pack grounds. She loved her pack, especially the way they all worked together as a team. Luna had always wanted the pack to become the strongest, most powerful and most successful pack in all of the country. That was what she was going to aim for once she was the Queen of it. She couldn't wait to be in control of the pack, but she knew that was going to be a while due to her father wanting to be the king for as long as he could. Luna knew her father would not give up his rank easily. Luna shook her head, removing the thought from her head, before walking towards the stream which passed beside the camp. Taking a few laps of water from the stream she sat down by it. Taking in the beauty of her surroundings, Luna had always loved the nature which was her home. Luna soon got lost in her thoughts about the nature, zoning out on the wolves around her.
