❝delilah is described as a numerous amount of things, but the first thing anyone will ever say to describe her is her dominance, which is probably the strongest trait she has. even as a filly delilah would annoy the lead mare until she was once driven away from the herd for a while, making her one of the most dominant mares you will ever meet, despite her rather young age. delilah won't think twice about going for lead in a herd, no matter what anyone thinks or says. she refuses to be bossed and pushed about by anyone, and will put anyone and everyone in their place, even her stallion if she dislikes something. if she can't be lead, she'll be gone after atleast a few attempts. her intelligence is high and she isn't a fool at all, easily outsmarting other equines often. possessive. this mare is rather unfair in many things, especially when it comes to herd life. she will make sure she is the closest to her stallion at all times, treating him the best alongside her foals, and will react with a bite at the least to anyone who dares to go near 'her' stallion without permission from her. confident. this mare is confident in herself and isn't afraid to injure another mare. fiery and hot-headed. if you upset her or her loved ones, she'll track you done and give you a piece of her mind to say the least. stubborn. simple really, if delilah doesn't want something, it won't happen. if she wants something, she'll make sure she gets it. she is extremely motherly and protective over her foals, and will protect them to the best of her capabilities no matter what. despite her rough exterior, deep down there is a sweet warm hearted mare, but she'll never allow it to show unless she states otherwise. [I'll role play the majority of traits out through the role play, if you don't mind c:]

• background// like every other young wild raised horse, she was born into her father's herd. her dam is a beautiful dun, and her sire a handsome sleek black. at the age of two years, she was drived out by her father to prevent inbreeding and has managed to join a few herds throughout the years, promising herself she will be lead in a herd if she's to stay. she has stuck to her promise ever since a filly at two years, eventually managing to reach lead. she roams freely yet again, with plenty of experience at being lead mare in a herd.
• description// delilah is well and truly a beautiful horse, or atleast on the outside. she stands at approximately 16hh in height, and her body type is dainty and elegant. her coat consists of being creamy white in colour with buckskin splashes throughout her coat, mainly located on her face, neck, chest, flank and stomach, and her coat is slightly longer than an average horse, giving it a soft and velvet-like texture. her forelock is rich chocolate, with the ends being ginger to caramel colour. her mane is fairly long compared to most other horses, the tips reaching just past her shoulders, and is a mix of mainly snowy white and cream hairs is and very thick. her tail is also very thick and long. her tail starts off being a mix of snowy white and cream hairs before flowing into being rich chocolate identical to her forelock, the bottom hairs being a gingery-chestnut colour, before flowing into caramel and then the original colour for quite a bit of length, before finishing neatly at her hind fetlocks. her muzzle consists of three main colours; pink, black and caramel. her white blaze flows into a soft pink on her muzzle before coming darker pink and turning black at the bottom of both nostrils. her bottom lip is milky butterscotch in colour, a bit of pink and black visible. her caramel ears have black at the tips aswell. to finish off this beauty's stunning appearance, is a pair of two sparkling crystalline eyes that grow into a rare shade of sapphire as it approaches the pupil, also know as unpigmented blue eyes, rare in a horse.

• background//miss ellie has your typical wild horse past, born on a glorious spring day to the lead mare and stallion. she was raised to act innocent at first then change, and that's exactly how she acts. she was snaked out of her birth herd at age two, and has been in and out of herds, already having experience at being lead mare despite her young age, cherished the moments, and has promised herself she'll never go back to being a follower, even if it means leaving a herd.
• description// like her dam, miss ellie is a gorgeous mare who knows she has the looks. standing at 15.3hh in height, the mare is taller than most around here. her coat is dark bay in colour and shines under the sunlight. she has a small star on her forehead, but is covered by her long, very thick, wavy forelock which is creamy white in colour. her caramel coloured eyes are usually covered by her forelock, but she manages to maintain a perfectly normal vision. she has a long, thick, wavy mane and tail, her mane tips reaching just past her breasts, and her tail dragging against the earth a bit. her mane and tail are both also creamy white in colour with the occasional chocolate coloured streak. she mostly resembles a thoroughbred with a long neck built for speed, and strong long legs that are able to carry her quickly, so she can outrun other equines fairly easily. her conformation is also good in general, and her muscle development is a reward thanks to her hard work.

apache is intelligent, at no qualifications of being less. she is generally the sweet, obedient mare that is happy to have company than fight over lead- a rank she's never been interested in. she easily makes friends due to her temperament, and makes a good friend- acts like a true friend who never lets you down. she is picky on lead mare and who her stallion is, however, and if she doesn't like something, she'll be blunt and straight forward. she is also stubborn, so while she is obedient, if she doesn't want to do something, she won't. simple.
• background// her past is nothing out of the ordinary. she was born in spring in a large herd. growing up, she played with the other foals in her herd all day, not a care in the world. but all good things come to an end, and a wildfire burnt the herd territory and a few horses, including her sire and three random mares, leaving the survivors helpless against predators. luckily, a young bachelor found the herd of mares and claimed them all for himself. reaching two years, she had grown a hatred towards the new dominant stallion and left with the colts her age, spending time in and out of herds until just recently, roaming freely again.
• description// apache is a pretty palomino purebred mustang mare, standing at 15.1hh in height. her coat is thicker and longer than your average horse, giving it a velvet and smooth touch. her coat is shiny buttermilk in colour, her eyes milky chocolate, a pretty face and a long, creamy white mane and tail, both extremely thick and slightly rippled with wavy hairs.

silhouette is the type that sees mares as trophies, and he was to collect a large harem of precious trophies to even consider being satisfied. in his mind, he is one to be respected, royalty in his bloodlines. he demands quite a bit, especially from stallions, but he always demands obedience, and will gladly put anyone and everyone in their place if they act otherwise. he is the fearless one, not feeling intimidated by much, if anything. he is also intelligent, and can use his brain efficiently, and is usually a quick thinker that makes good choices. usually. [will role play the rest out.]
• background// silhouette has an average past. after he was snaked out early for injuring his father, he set off on a journey to start getting mares, despite turning two in a month's time. he travelled for miles, not really knowing where to look, but soon he come across a human's horse stable and managed to get in with six mares, all in heat after his second birthday, covering them all and then setting off after claiming a younger, stubborn mare with a harsh nip. he returned to that same stable every day, until one day the humans grew suspicious that the mare's stomachs were growing in side, so the set up a trap. the next day, he came back as usual and followed his nostrils to a mare in heat in an open stall, the humans around the corner, watching cautiously. when he entered and covered the mare, the humans caught him and tossed him into a stall, a cage in his eyes. when they did a training lesson a year later, the stallion managed to bolt and make the human drop his lead rope, setting the stallion free again, alongside his oldest colt, calypso. he managed to keep three large herds during different stages in his life, and is now searching to start another, more experienced and capable than ever before.

• disposition// Neva is incredibly shy and nervous, and bolts at almost everything. She relies on her other senses to survive, but sometimes it's not enough. Neva is scared of everything and awfully cautious. The mare doesn't trust easily and hates the fact that she has to rely on others.
• background// Neva was raised as a prized mare, but was sold by her owners after they became poor. She was then forced to work nonstop every day until she could no longer bear it. Neva came down with an illness that caused her to lose her sight. She recovered, but wasn't able to continue to work. The boss asked the stable boy to take Neva into the woods and shoot her. The boy couldn't do it, so he set her free.
