Roimh is a very bitter and sardonic brute. He's not one for chatter, and usually replies to attempts at conversation with sarcastic remarks and subtle insults. These behaviors don't vary with the ranks, even the alpha puts up with his disposition. Despite his attitude, he takes his own rank very seriously and shows respect to his higher-ups by obeying commands perfectly and displaying a willingness to die for anyone in the pack. He displays a heightened defensiveness towards outsiders and tends to Some of the higher ranks find Roimh to be a threat to their position because of his strength, intellect, and behavior around them. However, Roimh cares little about advancing his rank in the pack.

Roimh's history is fairly tragic and equally as well kept a secret. His home was engulfed in sudden flames by humans looking to clear the land and expand their own territory. Roimh searched the panicked frenzy of canines for his family before leaving and caught his parents escaping with some of his younger siblings, but one was missing. He yelled at them that they forgot her, and their response was that there was no time to save her. Roimh refused to leave without his young sister and braved the flames and smoke to search for his sister, and when he found her, He grabbed her and ran until they had safely escaped the flames. However the lungs of such a youth weren't able to endure the polluted air and Kiowa had died of smoke inhalation by the time they'd reached safety. After seeing how easily his parents had abandoned such a young life, his heart grew colder. He no longer trusted or had faith in others. All he cared about, was that he never be the reason for anyone else's death.

Hawk let go of the bear and slid down its back when the wolf pup started attacking. She bit down on its ear and pulled, tearing the ear. She heard the sound of jaws snapping from the other side of the bear and the beast reared up onto its hind legs and ran off.

That was easy, Hawk thought, Too easy... I wonder why? Pushing away her suspicions, she looked over at the pup. It was injured. "Who are you?" Hawk said slowly, surveying the young wolf. It seemed to be on its own. "Where are your parents?" She wasn't sure that the adolescent had any parents, but asking never did any harm. She would have usually just walked away from a situation like this but for some reason beyond Hawk's comprehension, she stayed. This little wolf intrigued her.

Tara straightened herself from licking her wound to look at the adult. "Uh.. I.." She whined but shook her head. "My names Tara, and I have no parents anymore." The russet pup explained flicking an ear. "W-who are you? Are you here to take me back to take me back to them.?!" The excitement in her voice was showing easily

Hawk winced as Tara's voice rose to a sharp squeak of excitement. "It doesn't matter who I am," she growled, "As for your parents, I don't know where they are so I can't take you back. Tell me how you got separated from them and maybe I can help." Hawk didn't really want to help but this pup was experiencing the same thing she had once undergone. She didn't know if Tara's parents were actually dead, but Hawk had lost her parents and she knew how terrifying it was.

Tara backed up at the growl, her ears dropped and she sat down. "I guess that's a no." She said quietly. "They abandoned me, that pack was based off strenghth and with me being the smallest pup I was left by myself when they all moved while I was sleeping. "Thanks for helping me escape.. I'll leave you alone." She brought her eyes up and began to limp past the adult.

Caela lifted her paw as Tara passed and put it down headily on the pup's back, but not quite heavily enough to hurt her. "Wait," she growled, "You're coming with me." She picked the pup up by the scruff and started carrying her towards an old fox den. "Now, stay here. It's not safe out there with all of the bears." Hawk still want site why she didn't just let the pup die. It was just another pup, after all. No point trying to protect it. Most pups who are left on their own die within one week. This little scrawny thing wasn't worth two squirrels, but she was different than most pups her age. She seemed to be able to survive. Hawk didn't think Tara would have lived for much longer had she not intervened, but unlike most pups would have, Tara had helped fight the bear. Hawk walked to the enterance to the fox den and said, "I'll be back soon." With that she walked away.

Tara had squirmed while being in the maw of the adult wolf. When put down she watched the adult and nods at the command to stay. She licked her muzzle and looked around before sliding to her stomach and turning to lick her wounds. "Thank you." She said after the adult as she walked away
