"What's it to you?!" Ballad spat, trying to force him off her. "Are you so thick headed that you think other dogs wouldn't pass through from time to time?" She attempted to bite him, but she was just out of reach, and he was too strong for her to force off. Ballad needed a new plan if she wanted to get this numskull out of her way.

➳ Shasta always puts others before his own needs and wants. Very possibly, he is the exact opposite of selfish. He tries to be the "bigger dog" in arguments, though he is not afraid to be aggressive and fight back.
History:
➳ Shasta was born a stray. He never knew his father, but his mother was a stray as well. Shasta was the only surviving pup in his litter- the rest died of hunger and frostbite. When he came around the age of two, he witnessed his mother being hit by a car. He grieved, but knew he had to move on. Later on, about three years later, Shasta was captured and taken to a shelter, where he stayed for several months before being adopted by a kind old farmer who lived by himself in the country. There, Shasta gained strength, speed, and stamina, as he was expected to help herd in the sheep at night and often fought off coyotes who sought to kill and eat them. These skills, along with what he learned from his experience of life as a stray, has kept him alive.

She can see out of her left, and is still a great hunter and fast on her paws, but she never thinks she's as good as she really is. Koda is very strong-willed, on the other "paw", and sticks up for her friends and family.
History:
➳ Koda was born a house pet. Adopted at a young age, she never got to know her kin. The family she lived with was very nice, and treated her kindly. Though, once they discovered her blindness in her right eye, they acted strangely. The younger children of the family still loved and played with her, but she wasn't sure about the adults. One day, they took her into the city and abandoned her. She has lived as a stray since, up until she joined the clan.
