Faolan emerged from the hunters' den, stretching his limbs and back. Shaking his fur, he straightened up and peered around the pack grounds. His perked ears swiveled as he listened to his surroundings. A small yawn escaped his muzzle, sitting outside of the den. His gaze flickered around, searching for other wolves still in the pack grounds.

Blitzkrieg padded along the border of the pack grounds, ears perked as he remained alert to his surroundings. He was beginning to feel a bit hungry, and he hoped the hunters brought something back today. Earlier this morning, he didn't have time to check if there was anything in the kill pile at camp.

Once morning came, Luciana yawned and shook her head. Usually, she patrolled during the night which meant she woke up later than most wolves. Trotting out of the scout's den, she shook her fur and peered around. The fae licked her chops, muffling back another small yawn.

The dark black fae had finally managed to finish the five minute chase of a rabbit she had caught nibbling in the woods and the she-wolf was relieved as she took a bite into the first meal she'd had in a short while. Yes, living on her own was hard, but you could say that she hadn't have had much of a choice lately and frankly avoided the situations that would lead her into one. However, as Elphy was continuing to feast on her meal, she began to pick up on an unfamiliar scent that ran along the territory surrounding her. She didn't recognize the wolf, but she knew immediately where she was. Somehow, throughout the chase, she had failed to pay attention as to where she was going and now she found herself in stranger pack territory. Her ears lowered as she grew a tad bit nervous and her claws dug into the ground. She'd have to hurry and finish her meal if she would like to remain unnoticed.

Lifting another paw to take a step forward, Blitzkrieg paused as he caught an unfamiliar scent. He was sure it wasn't a wolf from the other pack; it had to be a loner. His ears tilted back against his head, lifting his muzzle to sniff the air. The lone fae smelt close to the borders of the Mist Pack. On careful paws, he began to approach Elphy who was eating a hare that came across their territory. He would chase this fae away unless, of course, she wanted to join their pack. Though, he noticed the dark pelt of the fae which none of the wolves in Mist Pack had. They were lighter colored pelts while the other pack had darker colored pelts. A small growl rumbled in his throat as he lunged from his hiding spot to tackle the fae loner.
