For once, Fenris felt happy that someone liked him. He had many pups in the past, but he never had a mate. "Well, I do feel the same way. You brought a more playful side out of me." He murmured, licking the fae's muzzle. This fae was able to show him that he did have a playful and lovable side.

Eclipse perked her ears when the Alpha approached her. When he roughly bumped her shoulder and told her to follow him, she dipped her head. She glanced back at Rio and nodded to him before trotting after the Alpha. She picked up the pace to walk somewhat beside him. She remained quiet, unsure what to say. The fae could only assume that they were going to mate. The Alpha picked her though? She was surprised yet honored.

He wondered if he was going too fast, but he didn't seem too concerned about it. Though, of course, he knew he had to speak about this to the Alpha. He couldn't see why he wouldn't agree to this. The Beta would continue his duties while having a permanent mate at his side.

Slowing down, he brushed past the chest-high grass and stood waiting for Eclipse, his head low, icy-gold eyes watching her.

But of course the pups wouldn't come until autumn, so she had a long time to waste on perfecting the den. Giving a ' can't be bothered anymore ' huff, she flopped into the nest, pleased by it's warmth and comforting feel.
