"Clearly." Phillip muttered under his breath with Dusty's comment about him being stubborn, -- though he knew it was true. Looking at the leader of the Southern Gang, Phillip looked the tom up and down, then, with a short roll of his eyes, Phillip sighed, dipping his head, "I'd like permission to join your gang." He muttered sourly, though seriously.
Phillip didn't exactly enjoy having to show his regards to a stray cat, -- but he, yet again, really didn't feel like being ambushed. Besides, he was a bit to angry with his now previous owners to do much else. There was no way that he was going it alone.

Fang looked at him with Amber eyes as he walked past Dusty unlike her he showed no tolerance to philips tone as he lashed his tail." He then turned around and walked beside dusty towards the rest of their gang some of the cats had collars others didn't but both had scars on some cats from fights

Phillip was taken back by the serious tone of Fang, but brushed it off, standing up and padding behind the two cats. He glanced around from side to side as they walked through the gang, spotting several scars, and even collars on the cats. Though, Phillip didn't cringe. His collar jingled as he walked behind the two, to the point where it annoyed him.
"Don't you take the collars off of the cats?" He asked, lifting his voice slightly so the cats in front of him could hear him. He didn't particularly want his collar off, but the question still burned at him.
