Traitor. The word crawling into Strider's mind as the last scent of Snow and Galaxy left, leaving him standing in the trees, his lips quivering anxiously. He clamped his eyes shut and shook his head, folding his ears back. "I've had a enough of this." He snarled deeply in his chest. Throwing his head back again, he let out another call for his pack to gather, a long, on toned howl that echoed around him. When he stopped his ears rang slightly from the silence, and he let his stiff neck loosen to hang his head toward the ground. I'm so tired of all this disrespect, these loners trying to wedge themselves into our life. They don't belong here. So tired of their treacherous actions. So..Tired. He sighed, a wave of sleepiness trying to crawl into his head. Another breeze swept in, and he kicked the drowsiness into the breeze, forbidding it to take him over. I will not rest until I've mad my demands known. Not until I've stabilized everything.

His eyes dancing along the landscapes, he looked over the world around him. "Why can't everyone just get along. We have such a beautiful world, a pure river to water us, herds to feed us. Think of how much we could accomplish if we all worked together?" He shook his head, "I guess that's just not how things work." He mumbled, shaking his head, his relaxed ears flopping. He sighed and picked up his feet higher, working his legs faster. A smile tried to creep onto his maw, and it instantly erupted as he spotted a bird in front of him. Kicking off the ground with his back legs, he pounced, jumping as high into the air as he could, leaping after the bird as it took flight. He hit the ground and jumped again, snapping his mouth loudly, a laugh bubbling i his chest. The avian began to fly horizontally, trying to distance itself from him, and he laughed. Kicking himself into a full sprint, he chased after it, his mouth open and his tongue lolling happily out the side. His tail wagged and he laughed, jumping once more, though he tripped as he landed and rolled a few feet in the tall grass, laughing loudly. He didn't care if others saw him or heard him- he was having fun. Why would they judge if he was having a good time? He wasn't doing anything wrong.
