Trek nearly fell, surprised by Galaxy's cry, and spun around to face him, crouching down. "Try and stay still. The more you move, they more you'll get hurt." He walked around him, checking the wounds, and hovered his head next to Galaxy's chest, listening to his breathing. He leaned back and sat down, looking at him with concerned eyes, "Does it feel like there is anything in your lungs?" He murmured quietly, looking for the male's injuries to his eyes, and back to his cuts. He watched Snow with the moss and nodded his head silently in approval of her actions. "Good. Just like that." He praised her, then looked distractedly over his shoulder as Strider talked. He whined lightly as the Alpha walked out, "Be careful." He shouted as the male trotted out of the cave. He's hurt. Of course we need food, but he needs to be careful. Hurting himself more will not only hurt him, but his pack as well. He closed his eyes and turned back toward the other two in the cave with him. [i]I am but a loner. This pack has given me more than I deserve, just letting me near them. Loners can destroy a pack, tear it apart. They can be harmful to the wolves physically. They can draw wolves out using love, or they can find themselves in the pack- Father always told me Loners should never join a pack. The strife it causes, especially for those ranking higher, is immense. Loners are too used to the freedom- they'll seclude themselves, they anger easily. Loner's are meant be alone. His mind whirled around the last sentence- a rouge who had first been a loner, then joined a pack, was kicked out of the pack, becoming a rouge, had told him that exact statement. He found Trekkar not too long after, and tried to take the yearling under his wings, but ended up taking his anger out on him. I need to leave soon. And I cannot accept any offers to stay. I couldn't bear to hurt this pack. They are may struggle, but they try as hard as they can, never halfheartedly. He opened his eyes and watched Galaxy quietly.
