Starnight woke with a start, looking around. All was quiet, nothing was stiring. Not even the two mares he have was near. Night picked up his ears and nickered loudly, he hoped that they can hear him. He shouldn't have left them just grazing around, anyone could of taken them away. Especially other stallions. Night stood up, shaked his sleeping legs and set off. The mares couldn't be far, he tried to comfort himself. "Melody!" He nickered. "Seirra!"

Melody walked back towards the meadow after spending ages looking for Seirra, she hoped that her friend would have enough common sense to come back to the clearing. As she trotted closer to the meadow, she heard Night call and was angry at herself for forgetting about Night as she interacted with Seirra and Luna. Melody nickered back and galloped towards the handsome stallion, nuzzling him when she got close. "I am so sorry Night, I forgot to get you when we went into the forest to find shelter from the rain. And now I can't find Seirra and Luna is by herself" she quickly told him, becoming flustered as she told him at Seirra and Luna, deeply worried for her friends.

Seirra cried to herself as she walked slowly to the clearing and noticed no one was there.She stamped her fore foot with a snort

"Well, thank god you are here" Night nickered, "And remind me, where did Seirra went off to?" He kicked his hoves, shaking off the rain drops, he had been asleep in the middle of a storm how ignorant of him, oh well, at least he had Melody back. "We need to get Seirra back, predators may be lurking in the forest after a rain, and a lone mare means a feast for it."

Melody took a deep breath to calm her nerves and walked closer to Night. She turned to him a mischievous smile on her face "I don't think predators will be problem at this moment in time" she shook the rain off her mane. She looked at the edge of the forest, her brown eyes scanning for her friend’s familiar palomino coat and let out a deep sigh of relief when she spotted her just on the edge of the clearing. She walked forward a little and called out to Seirra, echoing through the valley as the rain began to lighten for a minute or so. Mel turned back to Night, a smile on her face “There she is! Just on the edge of the clearing, do you see her?”

[@ilhdc7: Starnight has woken up and Melody went to find Seirra, leaving Luna. Melody just spotted her as she was with Night.]
