As the sun rose in the calm morning sky, it had left a glistening shine on the wet grass below. All was quite and still in these woods so many call home. The birds in the air sang their sweet tunes, and the creatures below stirred in their warm nests. Breaking the stillness came a speeding figure, running through the woods tracking its nearby prey. she had chased it long enough to tire it out. She walked quitely, keeping her feet steady. quickly she sprang and brought it down in a flash. Afterwards she walked back to a nearby den and sat down. She sat there staring down the long path she had tracked. Her shimmering fur shone brightly in the sunlight, and a cool breeze ruffled her short fur. All was quite and still once again. She smiled as she thought to herself. "Oh, how I love the Spring time!"
Plot: Winter has come to an end at last, and a new season takes it's place. Spring has finally arrived. A new generation has finally grown up, and is ready to take on the responsibility of starting their own pack lives with a potential mate. Now that Spring is here, love is what everyone's after. These young wolves have survived through a long, and hard Winter. Now that the sun is shining, and the night skies are clear and dry, it's time to have fun and forget the worries of the snowy season, but it's also time to think towards the future. Will these rising packs survive, or fail? Will they come to be at all?
Setting: Takes place in a large forest with waterfalls and springs hidden all around, and a large clearing in the middle of it all. Pine trees and conifers are the indigenous types of trees in these areas. There are empty dens up for grabs all over, some however are inhabited so it's best to make sure before claiming. There are large hills and and cliffs that overlook the clearing and most of the woods. They are a common meeting place at night especially under the full moon.
Prey: Now that Spring is here, prey is plentiful. The available prey includes:

These have been started by the younger wolves,many of which have found each other and formed alliances. None of them are mates yet, but some of them may be potential mates. Alpha's must be voted for by the pack members. Voting takes place at the conclusion of the Spring Hunt.
*Spring Hunt: The biggest event of the Spring. Occurs on the night of the Full Moon. Wolves are to be divided into pairs, with one male and one female in each respective team. Each team must find as many prey as possible and bring them back to their respective pack grounds. The team that works the best together usually brings back the most prey. It has been known that two wolves that do not necessarily get along have been stuck with each other, and it has caused trouble in the past. Teams that cheat by stealing another teams' kills are disqualified and not eligible for the running for Alpha Male or Female.
