Ebony trotted to the edge of the forest, staring wistfully at the huge buildings the flatfaces had made. She spotted a small pup scavenging for food. Poor pup...she looks so hungry. Ebony pitied the pup, and wanted to help her. But out there, it was very dangerous. "Hey there, pup!" Ebony barked softly. "Come here."

Cedar simply told the care-taker, "well, I smelled her and wanted to see what she did, I tackled her, too!" He lied, but sounding brave, he really only was playing and got pinned... playfully, at least, by the stray, "she's June, and she used to have longpaws like me, she's super nice, but her longpaws cut her tail off for something."

"Hmm, well you should really get a full grown dog or wolf to go with you if you want to go in the forest. We'll take uh, June, to the alpha and see what they think." I say as I take a few steps to camp before turning around to see if they were following.

Janai turned to ebony. she looked left to right then headed stright to ebony "y..yes?" she asked softly as she was unsure why she wanted to talk to an orphan pup.

Cedar obediently followed, "whatever you say!" He agreed and trotted after the caretaker, relieved, he had never been out of camp

"I'm sorry if I scared you." Ebony apologized. "But you seem hungry and cold. Would you like to join my pack?" She offered, pushing a previously caught rabbit towards the pup for her to eat. "Here, eat."

I nod "Yup, its a mix of wolves, dogs, and wolf dog hybrids. The leader of the pack, Bane, is a wolf dog mix." I then look to Cedar. "He will also pick your punishment for wandering off without letting anyone know." I suddenly realized that I might get in trouble for not noticing his disappearance right away. Someones in trouble! A voice in my head said in a sing song voice.
