"I'm June." She tried to wag her tail but no tail was in sight. She was sad that she couldn't really show her expression.

Cedar nodded and examined her closely, "wh-where's your tail?"

"Umm, flat faces cut it off when I was younger." She looked at him for a bit. "They were terrible people, I overheard them and." She stopped. "What they said caused me to be a stray." She started to become a little sad.

Cedar cocked his head to one side, one eyebrow raised, "flat-faces? Ya' meet longpaws? I used to have longpaws, did you before becoming a 'stray?'" He asked, bumbling with questions, "why did they cut it off?" He had no idea how rude he was being asking all of these personal questions

[/b]"I don't know. It looks like they don't like dogs with tails. And yes I did have long paws, whatever you call them, I'm used to calling them flat faces." She stood up slowly. "Why didn't they cut off your tail?"

Cedar glared up at her, the pup said, "my longpaws, or, flatfaces, were really nice until the big growl came, then I didn't know where they were but I'm okay now. I guess they wanted me with a tail," he shrugged

Ebony stood up straight, shaking her pelt. Why have I joined them? There's enough wolves to hunt one deer. She nodded to the three wolves, telling them she was leaving. She turned and silently disappeared out of sight.

"Hmm. Well, mine were all nice except for the cutting off my tail and something else." She stopped for a moment. "They really didn't want me because I was cute, het wanted me for." She didn't say a word after that "Well, they're gone for now."
