Noticing the hyena in the camp, Celestia swallowed the meat she was chewing and pinned her to the ground angrily. "Who are you and why are you here?" Celestia asked threateningly, growling.

a beautiful striped hyena padded along the dry terrain, emotionless oculars duller than ever. she tossed her muzzle into the air, sneering under a dark mask of pure beauty as she scented other hyenas, and they were all in packs. her intellect mind pondered, just thinking of what she could do. strong, powerful hind legs allowed for even more speed as she dashed toward the direction she could pick up scents, dull oculars quickly fixing up three neighbor packs, all diminutive. mixed scents of blood and meat flooded his nostrils, causing her to drag herself closer to the packs, and now, any hyena from any of the packs could see her clear as day.

the striped hyena snarled, and spoke not a word, as always. she struggled under this alpha's grasp, he growl becoming louder and louder, oculars radiating fury by the second. lashing her hind legs out, she managed to toss celestia off her, but she didn't make her go far. jinx took her chance and gave a nip that didn't draw blood to celestia's chest before padding out of her camp, tail tightened between her legs in fury. jinx knew she would be returning to fight celestia, no matter how much more important, larger, or older celestia was than jinx, jinx would never lead a fight hanging in the midst

Celestia snapped her jaws at Jinx furiously and ran back into her cave.

jinx quickly recovered back into calm and bored, just as she was before celestia attacked her. emotionless and ever-lasting pale oculars peered intently in the direction of fang's pack. just like the other two packs, it was rather diminutive. though, that was the way jinx liked it. she had always preferred on joining packs before they had several hyenas in it. though her ideals were set high, she doubted the alpha would have any interest in her joining his pack.

Ebony perked hid ears and trotted over to Celestia "who's that?" He demanded as he sniffed the air.

Isis snorted "well I was meant to be..." She said quietly before turning to claw "yes you fell on me again," she giggled.

"I have no idea." Celestia said, her ears back and her eyes shaped like she was saying "Whatever, shut up" but of course, she wasn't.

Claw
Also giggling, Claw's tail wagged a bit. He smiled and went over to a grassy patch. He sat down and yawned.

"I'm hungry..." Claw said, "...again." He panted, which was what he always did when he was hungry. He talked with his tongue sticking out. "Wah dis!" Claw said, trying to talk with his tongue hanging out.

His left eye looked to the left, and his right eye looked to the right. He looked creepy. Claw giggled.

emotionless pale oculars glittered in the reflection of the sunlight as she searched for the alpha of this pack. ah there he was, it was quite easy to tell he was alpha. one, he had a muscular and large frame, and two, the way he had his healer scrambling above him, trying to tend to his wounds. an intellect mind pondered, wondering if it would be smart to ask to join his pack. she felt if she asked, he would think she was weak and couldn't hunt or care for herself. though, she knew it would be foolish of her to think she didn't need a pack. it was getting hotter, and soon enough it would be colder. food would be scarce, and she couldn't take large prey down by herself. taking a gulp, she spoke out. hello, may i join your pack? she regretted her wording, but there was no turning back now. she strayed a couple feet from the border of the pack.
