A r i e l ; ; The vixen looked at the brute and she gave him a smile nodding her head as hit comment about her being a wolf and she let out a small giggle. She did not mind the company and he seemed to like her presents more than the last male did. Her ears perked up and she flicked her them gently her eyes resting again on the male but this time she seemed to almost be looking over him at his comment about meeting another wolf in the woods. She thought back to the unknown onyx male she had run into early and she decided to lie. Something she did not like to do but this might be better to lie about. "No, you are the first wolf I have come across in these woods. It is odd that they are not around seeing you can smell them everywhere" She shrugged the thought off her eyes flicking down to her paws just slipping into thought.

She took in a deep breath letting the wind gently rustle the multi colored fur on her body; it felt good and this place had grown on her from the time she had found her way to this land. She let out the deep breath she had took and looked up at the brute as he asked about her wound. She gave him a deep growl showing her teeth some at his question. "I am fine. I can tend to myself" Her eyes fixed up to him but her head did not tilt up, a rather scary look to her as she peered at the brute. "Who are you anyway? Her eyes did not waver off of the male before her.

The brute watched her tuck her tail and answer his question. The black wolf stood and padded over to the younger fae. "No need to be frightened. What's your name?" He questioned her. A wolf as young as she was wouldn't be able to hunt because of inexperience, something you learn in the first year. Voodoo lowered his heat enough to her level, not that it was too low, just a small downward motion. He looked at her, waiting on some sort of response.

She lowered herself as the wolf walked over but when he spoke nicely to her she eased up a little. "My name's Charlotte. I like to be called Charlie though." She said calmly.

Leo was taken back by her sudden anger, and flicked his ears. "I believe you can tend to yourself" he said casually, his gaze not flinching. Leo relaxed a bit, and looked at the fae. "Aw, that's a shame" he nodded to her comment about the other wolves, and sniffed the air once again. His tail was about to wag, but decided to hold it since this wolf didn't seem to like him very much at the moment. "I'm Leo, what's yours?" He made sure he wasn't threatening, but also not like he was backing down from anything. Leo narrowed his eyes, ready to strike if she tried to attack him.

"Well Charlie, how long have you been alone out here?" He questioned her curiously. The brute had a soft spot for pups, and considered her as such because she wasn't a year old from the looks of it. Voodoo waited on her response as he pondered over a few things in his mind.

A r i e l ;; Her eyes flicked to the male and she gave a gentle grin and nodded her head some her ears laying back on her head. "Sorry to snap at you. I am just.. I am not use to someone seeming to care" Her voice trailed off almost to a whisper as she said the last part and her eyes flicked away from the male almost ashamed to look him in the eyes. Why was she so snappy about someone acting like they cared? She did not know she guessed it was just her up bringing. Her eyes stared down at the ground not wanting to seem like she wanted trouble because she really did not.

She had already escaped one she did not need another, and in her current shape she was not in proper battling form. Her ears perked at his name and she quickly made a mental note of it and gave him another grin and bowed her head to him at a side tilt. "It is nice to meet you Leo. I will not forgot that name" She smiles softly, she knew she was rough around the edges but one thing she did have was a memory like an elephant. She never forgot, she could only forgive. Her eyes widened as he asked of her name and she gulped almost. "My name is Ariel.." Her eyes finally flick up to see the hard narrowed glare of the brute and she did not move just making hard eye contact with him.

She thought for a bit. "I think a few months. Maybe three." She said. "But I had a little help along the way."


(I think Charlie is a little old to be a pup so I might change her a age to 7 or 8 months, just to let you know, so she is more of a pup than a teenager or young adult wolf.)

The brute nodded to her words with a trace of a smile. He then spoke, giving his own name to her. "I'm called Voodoo." He told her now. He then gently nudged her and began to move off. "Come on, let's take a walk, and are you hungry?" He questioned her as he looked over his shoulder to the white young fae.

She noded as he told her his name. She smiled at him slightly as he did. "Yes." She replied to his question. She didn't quite trust this wolf but she was young and didn't have much of an upbringing so she didn't really know many rights from wrongs or about how much you can trust someone.

"Well, you're in luck because I caught something earlier." He told her in response. Voodoo was retracing his steps back to where he had encountered Ariel, along with where he had left his half eaten rabbit. It hadn't been very long so he doubted something would have picked it up. It wasn't long before he found it, he picked it up and tossed it over to the young wolf and spoke. "That should hold you for a bit."

Leo relaxed a bit, and cocked his head to the side. "Why wouldn't a wolf care? It's only polite to ask if their ok" he wagged his tail, and perked his ears. "Also, its ok about snapping. I can get where your coming from" he smiled a bit at her. At least she doesn't hate me he thought to himself, and straightened his stance up. "I think that's a very pretty name, Ariel" his eyes brightened, and he pawed at the ground. Leo sniffed the air, and got to his paws, then looked at her. "Well... I think it's going to get dark soon, Ariel. I should probably go and find a den. Goodbye, I think we will see eachother again soon" he nodded his head in a goodbye, and turned to leave. Wagging his tail, he trotted into the bushes.
