"Laika." Shadow snickered, "I knew a Laika once she was an Alaskan Malamute. I think." The male laughed for a moment before continuing on," I hardly remember her anymore." The black dog licked his paw with half-closed eyes, "My name is Shade." His name was a lie, but it was similar enough to his real name that he felt this dog wouldn't think anything of it.

I tilt my head my tail still wagging "im a husky maybe i know the laika!" i say excitedly "nice to meet you shade!"
(laika is a husky not a malimute)

I tilt my head as i watch him go then all of a sudden a noose slipped over my head and around my neck. i was drug into the truck for animal control and i am taken to the animal control

Shadow heard the sounds of tires and turned around, bolting after it. He arrived just in time to see Laika get taken away. Shadow ran after the truck, barking and barking. He knew he wouldn't be able to reach it, but maybe he could get the truck to turn around.
