You were once just a pup with your siblings.You were maybe the strongest,the fastest.Its in your history of how you got here..but somehow..you got here.To Canada.Your now a sled-dog born to run and to please.Your called intelligent by many,but others scream and call you 'wolves' but thats how they think.Your here to prove them wrong.Your walked up to a male husky by the musher and introduced to the team.He smiles at you and tells you his name.''I'm Dusk.Welcome to the team..trust me.It gets alot worst here than it does in hell.''It soon becomes apparent that they're forced to run and that nobody is safe here.No-one.

The grounds:
Where we basically live
This is where we live when we are not sledding.Its only for us sled-dogs..There are 14 of these next to each other.They each house 3 dogs but if 2 of the dogs in there become mates,the musher moves the other dog out to another kennel.The door bit is where we sleep in..its got some soft straw in there as bedding and a carpet underneath all that.Its insulated in its roof to keep us nice and warm in there.We eat our food in there and we get fed 2 times a day,so you better not eat it quick.The bowls are on a stand-up tray so we dont live in it.I guess that helps a bit.They get cleaned out once a week as the musher hates to spend time on us.Occassionally we get trapped.It happens often.They trap us so they can give us medications,checkovers and also make sure we're in good enough shape to run.

The aggressive dog kennels:

This is where the musher puts the dogs that get into fights with other dogs,or if you try and attack a human.Here you get no food,occasionally he'll whip you for being aggressive.They barely get cleaned out and you dont have a nice area to sleep,you just sleep on the cold hard concrete.Thats not it..You cant see any of the other dogs near you,The sides are wood and the only things you can see is out the front gate.Your padlocked in and its right by the mushers house.If your loud and wake him up,He'll make sure you suffer for 2-3 weeks without food.

The breeding kennels:

Once 2 breeding mates have bred,they move here temporarily to bring up their young puppies.They have a small grassy/pebbly area where the pups get to experience the outside and watch the other dogs sled.There are 5 of these kennels and they're spread out around a small enclosed field patch,where the parents get to communicate away from their pups.They're let out into the enclosed patch 2 times a day but cannot see any other dogs that have not got young or are aggressive.

The field:

This is where the normal dogs are let out to play with eachother and mess around.They all go in there for an hour and then they are placed into their kennels again for the rest of the day and night.The field is quite large but has a 10 foot chainmail fence going around the patch for the dogs.It has alot of toys in for the dogs to play with.Tennis balls,footballs,tug-toys and Kongs are all in there.The dogs get to pick 1 toy from there that they can take into their kennel for the rest of the day.

The house:

This is where the musher lives.He has a girlfriend who comes over time to time and sees the dogs,or some of them anyway.He has 1 Catahoula Leopard puppy named Stardust.She's a female and she sleeps in the crate in the 2nd photo.She's allowed to roam the house freely and is the Mushers lap-dog.He cares constantly for her and she goes on the sled ride every single time on his lap.The mushers house is quite big and has 2 bedrooms,a play-room for Stardust and 2 bathrooms.Its has a large superior living room,where the crates are.It also has a large kitchen and the back-door has an enclosed path-trail leading to the dog kennels..Beware dogs.

RULES:
This roleplay is literate.I cannot stand 1 line sentences with a ton of obvious spelling mistakes.3+ sentences.
I choose when we go on a race.
No god-modding.I'll mini-mod people but if you have an issue that may be unfair message me about it.
Dont go too far ahead.We all have busy lives and it'll be hard to catchup.Go only 2 pages when I'm offline.
The sled-dogs must be Malamutes or Husky.
No super-dogs who think they can open the locks.The locks on the kennels are chained to the pole.They wont open the door unless the owner unlocks it with a key.

Dusk is a 3 year old male who is one of the lead dogs.He was born in a litter of 2,with his sister.His sister lost her leg during sled-training due to a wire misplaced went into her foot.She werent allowed to come to the team as she was pretty much going to cost alot to treat medically.He was left to learn on his own.He finally learned how to sled properly and took the 'basic' team to victory.They're now an advanced team so he couldnt run alone.He was mis-treated as a pup.He was left outside in the rain,dirt and constant filth.Luckily he escaped and managed to get here,somehow.The musher had seen him and fell in love at an instant.He saw his possibility for a sled-dog and started to get more huskies/malamutes.Look where it is now.

You want to know what his love lifes like?..Currently he has no crush.He's never had any puppies even though he wishes he could,but no female has communicated with him as he's always been out training for racing.He does not have a mate yet but he wants to have one badly..He falls for love easily.

He's a young bubbly male with an energetic nature.He carries many breeding traits,like he has a 20% chance of a piebald puppy.He has a %64.3 chance of having a pure white puppy,and a 40% chance of having an Irish copper puppy,like himself.He's always been special since birth..They dont know how but he's a leader,its his nature..

He is a purebred husky and carries piebald,Pure white and Irish copper traits in fur color,so after every coat he blows,his fur color may become a darker copper,or the copper will become light and faded.He has amber eyes and he takes after his father for his ears,perky.So,more personality?Okay.Well.He's loving and caring but can be aggressive and stands his grounds as he always hated to be mistreated.He knows when enough is enough but he would never snap at little puppies.Especially since they teeth and its not always their fault.He's slightly snappy to humans but is energetic and a quick runner.He's quite strong but his weaknesses are when he sheds at first,because the harness for racing becomes loose and rubs all that dead fur on him.He loves females and he loves to play with toys.He has a good bond with the Catahoula Leopard puppy named Stardust.He did like a female named Galaxy once,but she was moved to a breeding company,where she was bred to males she didnt want to breed with and she became super aggressive to everything and everyone..so sadly she got put to sleep after attacking a human during a breeding.He is one of the two Lead-dogs.

Hey there!I'm Stardust but you can call me Star if you'd like.I am a 3 month old Catahoula Leopard Puppy with a slight teething issue.I 'm teething bad and I'm always biting the musher,but he just laughs because I only have puppy teeth and they dont hurt much.I was born in a litter of 13,A really big litter..I have 12 siblings of course named:Casino,Camille,Apple,Barkley and Oakley,Jumbo and Fallow..The other siblings I forgot their names but that was seven of them..no eight..Nope..I'm sure its seven.I love to play ball with the musher as I'm his lap-dog.Whenever he's busy arranging plans for the pups,I get looked after by the pup-sitters as I really can be a trouble left alone.What I mean by trouble is,I run off,I attack things or normally get stuck in alot of things.I am always moving about and I can be overly active.I'm mainly always inside though so I love to just have cuddles!

/ˈspirit/, the pretty wallflower. Strange name? I think not. I oh so very love her name, it suits the beaten up husky. It suits her, like a ghost moving across a room, slow, quiet, frightening. Spirit, meaning; The nonphysical part of a person that is the seat of emotions and character; the soul. pronounced; spir·it. It came from a past of two, just as a coincidence, but the storys are oh so very different, you see her first owner, though/new, that Spirit was the outcast, the one that was hidden in the backround. She was left out, she didn't get to play the puppy games, or drink any milk, she had to starve and sit watching. So her owner named her Spirit. The second time, Spirit was about two, and was forced into dog fighting, she was the best, she won every fight. It was extraordinary. How she won all the fights, not getting a single scratch. So that owner, as I said by coincidence, named her Spirit, just because she was invisible to others. Spirit was born on the 24th of December 2011, making Spirit around two years old. Since the dog-fighting, Spirit has always been the quiet one in the group. She is shy, and introverted, with a clever mind that wont speak its thoughts. Spirit has always been one to fade into the background, like a wallflower. She is never the center of attention but watches everything and misses nothing. Its hard to go unnoticed and not notice everything else thats going on around you. While others would call her silent, Spirit prefers to think of herself as thoughtful, and always looks before she leaps. Like her namesake, Spirit isn't one to complain. She takes what she gets and deals with it, often improving it until someone else takes it away from her. Not one to fight, Spirit is a pacifist and will sit on the side-lines of every fight. Although Spirit is a shy, and quiet, underneath all of that shyness, She is fast and bright. Loving, everyone and talking to everyone, smiling bright for the future. But now she looks back at the past, as dog fighting broke her, bit by bit, breaking her mind, both, mentally and physically. Spirit is female, fae, girl, women, whatever. Spirit is a Australian Sheperd, nothing special, and not crossed. Not enough basics? ask her, she might tell you. [this was only the basics, way more to come, including, crushes, and secrets!]

Spirit is a black, white/cream, and brown female, her fur is rather soft and fluffy. and it is nice to feel. Although when it gets wet, it looks messy, but it still looks rather cute. Her ears flop sometimes over her, soft blue eyes, but she tries her best to stick them up. Her tail is long, and furry, like a long teddy bear, it's furry, so in the winter, it keeps her warm. Like her tail, her coat keeps her warm, and also gets lighter in the summer. Spirits eyes, are probably her main feature, they are a soft, ocean blue, that could melt the world. They are charming and distract dogs when she is talking to them. Spirit still has a black collar, with a number attached, from her fighting past. Her number was 186. Meaning she was the 186th dog, in that dog fighting company. Spirit also has, carrys around a soft, dog toy, that is a cow. In the factory a mistake was made, and instead of a moo, it oinks. So its a cow that oinks. Spirit has no pups, and would like some, cute, hyper, puppies, of course, she is still too young, but she would like them when she is about four years old.

Crush? you want to know, what happens to be the biggest secret in the world? hmmmm, maybe, if she had one. Spirit hasn't had a crush in a while, because the last one, broke her heart, just aswell as her mind. So no, Spirit has no crush. Although, she looks for a nice, charming dog, that is nice and kind to her. She doesn't care about looks, or popularity, she just cares for a dog that cares for her, never mind males, she looks for friends too, not looks, not strength, just kindness. Of course Spirit has kin, its family of course, everyone has family, it just takes a while to find out if they are true, not fake liars like Spirits. Well she had her sisters, Holly, Kayla, Blu, and Mazie, they were all selfish, and never cared for her. And her brothers, Outlaw, Oliver, Simba, and Coo, Simba was the only one who cared. Then there is Scarlett, her dam, and Bosco, her sire. So her family, weren't the best, but she still loved them dearly, because its about trust, not hate. Spirit, as I said doesn't have a crush nor mate, she isn't looking either, she considers herself, a tad bit to young. Spirit was born into a prosperous family. Raised to be a happy but shy dog. She wasn't allowed to bite or growl or even scratch in the presence of company. That life may have seemed harsh, but
it wasn't too bad. But that changed quickly. As soon as she was old enough to be sold, she was bought by a Dog fighting company. They didn't want a harmless dog that couldn't fend for itself. They tried to undo all the work her first family did to her, to turn her into a fighting machine that could survive the toughest winters. They whipped her, abused her, starved her, did some horrible things to try and beat the harmless dog out of her. They failed, but they did do something to her. They broke her, made her the silent watchful fae she is today. Luckily, this life was not forever. She started to do well, building up her strength to fend herself, but in the end she gave up, letting herself be beaten to the ground, leaving two scars on her right ear, and across her muzzle. She escaped barely alive with three other dogs. All three dogs had to find there way back to civilizations. They managed to survive for a while, and Spirit developed a crush on Outlaw, a black and white Siberian husky who was always nice to her. The other dog, Hilda, was another husky, and she liked him too. The two fae's began to dislike each other. Alot. The fight was inevitable and Spirit being so placid, she backed down before any major damage was done. That left her alone. Out in the wilderness with
nobody but herself. She grew weaker, both physically and mentally. But luck shined down on the fae. A hunter spotted the half-dead fae when out hunting and brought her in, nursed her and brought her back to her former glory. She couldn't stay though, as the hunter had no room for a dog. She was put in the pound and left there to rot away. But even more luck shined on her, and this fae was adopted by the coastal rescue and trained to be a beach patrol dog, but that life came to an end too, leaving this female no where but, the freezing plains of Alaska.

{ p h y s i c a l } Icy purebred husky that only carry white and black coloring traits as well as a mostly dominant trait of blue eyes that doesnt go away even after puppyhood. is a sleek Husky with a femine muscular build.She has soft white fur, under is a darker gray undercoat and black tipped ears, and she had icy blue eyes that she retained from when she was a pup which look exactly like the color of Artic ice which is the cause of her name.



{ p e r s o n a l i t y } Icy is a powerful,strong,smart,and fast dog especially for a female.She is most of the time serious as she earlier experienced how cruel the mushers were and the one she had previously been given to did not really like her overly fun and joyful self so her previos owner quickly broke her of those habits. Only in rare moment you can see what remains of her previous personality and of course she had he traits of a leader like intelligence, initiative, and a good common sense.

{ h i s t o r y } Icy was born in a private breeding facility thaat bred champion husky sled and show dogs. after she as born she was evaluated to see which she would be better in and since she was very playfuland active the person said that she would be better off as a sled dog then a show dog. Her owner did not like that as she was only concerned with show dogs so Icy was basically sold off as soon as possible to a musher.Her new owner, a man, did see potential in her but knew that he had to reign in her wild personality so he got to work on her molding her mostly by punishment into a prime and elite sled dog which he then sold her off to the highest bidder after he showed off her uncommon abilities as a unhitched leader [leading without a harness] which is how she ended up with her current owner.
