~One Way to The Sky~V.4

[Pumpkin Cupcake]

Jacie

Jacie pricked her ears at the sound of a male's voice nearby. She glanced around for a moment before noticing him up ahead. He was a big male, which intimidated her slightly, but she knew because of his large size he couldn't run as fast as she if needed to get away. "Hello," she replied kindly, wagging her tail to show she meant no harm as she approached him. "I was hoping to meet another dog this afternoon."

Sidka

"And I was not expecting to find anyone," the brute informed and took a step onto the road. He walked along the pavement, letting his body raise proudly. "Now, who might you be? I am Sidka." His ears perked lightly, noticing her body gestures. She means me no harm, if not extremely friendly. Doesn't seem to be the pestering type. The tip of his long tail waved gently, letting her know that he wasn't hostile.

Jacie

Jacie relaxed her tensed muscles as the dog, known as Sidka, let her know he wasn't going to harm her. "I'm Jacie! It's very nice to meet you, Sidka." She tilted her head a bit. He seems like a nice guy. "Where are you from? I haven't seen you around here before."

Sidka

He was slightly hesitant to answer. "Well I travel around a lot in search of a pack," Sidka began, feeling a bit interested himself on how she came across him. The dog bowed his head slightly to show respect, "nice to meet you. Now, where did you come from? Curious as how you know the place."

Jacie

Jacie smiled. "I live around here. I was born near here, but since I left home I learned to explore around this area, so I know the ins and outs." She wagged her tail and looked down at the dog's eyes.

Sidka

He nodded his head stiffly and took a small breath in, his ear twitched to a sound. "We should maybe get out of the road," the dog advised and turned around. His ears twitched to the sound of the car driving down the road. The brute galnced over his shoulder at Jacie, "are you going to live or are you going to die?"

Jacie

Jacie raised an eyebrow, but with a few bounds she was on the sidewalk. She looked over to Sidka and her ears twitched. "I do believe I'm going to live."

(I don't know, just not feeling this RP, we seriously need some excitment and I have no brain today)




Sidka

He shook his head in dismay and sat on the sidewalk, looking at Jacie. This was a bit....awkward, he had to admit. Sidka twitched his nose and watched the car pass by. The dog wasn't really sure what he should do.

((Maybe the two could go to the barn and tell each other stories?))

Jacie

Jacie looked to Sidka and tilted her head. He seemed a bit uncomfortable. "So...do you have a place to stay?"

(No idea, action would be nice but stories....no idea. How about Jacie knows the barn because, well, she knows the area)


Sidka

"Actually, no" he admitted quietly. It never bugged him. Not having a shelter, he always handled the rain and snow. Sidka perked up gently, "but do you have a place? Sorry, don't mean to be a bother." The dog gave a weak smile and stared at his paws.
