"Could say the same thing to you about dirt." She shot back smugly. "Anyways, what brings you to the meadow?"

He laughed even harder. "Isn't that good though?", he wheeked, "If a grasshopper comes here, I can gobble it up for you! And, um, I came from the north. It got really lonely and cold up there so I decided to travel and hope for the best! Of course, my fur got tangled and dirty along the way. It was miserable. Here, I think I could keep myself much tidier."

She nodded sympathetically. "Yeah, I came with my adopted brother, Drexel. By the way, do you think the hawk is gone?" She said, turning around to try star wailing back up the burrow.

Pippin I Female I Lookouts

I peaked out my head from a abandoned log. I put my paws on the ground one paw at a time. " Hmmm," I mumbled " Where's everyone?"
I lifted my body on my hind legs and sniffed around. " I guess they're in the burrow." I suggested while I stumbled into puddle of sludge. " Ewww!!!!" I screeched in horror. I immediately started to groom my fur in attempted to brush it off.
