((Ok, oh, and Waterwolf600? Downfall and Goldy can have an ongoing relationship as the story progresses if you'd like, so can Thorn and Lucky if you're up to it epicpineapple101))
Thorn and Downfall were slightly bumping eachothers shoulders as the carraige they were tightly packed into hit bumps along the uneven road. Thorn stretched her neck to look out of the slots provided at the top of the carraige. A huge, clean, and very nice looking barn appeared out of the distance. Thorn didn't like the idea of getting cramped into an unknown barn, with unknown animals. Heck, she barely knew much about DownFall, who she met just weeks before getting put in this carraige.
"DownFall?" she asked quietly.
Her response was an even quieter grunt.
"You're my friend right? We're gonna stick together, no matter what this barn throws at us right?" she asked, and DownFall smiled.
"Of course, but you're probably gonna be everywhere at once as soon as they open those doors, it'll be hard to keep up!" he chuckled, and the two stood giggling as the carraige drew closer and closer towards the barn.

The pure white mare cowered in the back of the trailer as the door opened, as if the sudden flood of light hurt her. the handler cautiously clipped the lead onto her halter and she knew it was over. she slinked after the human, head lowered. one of them commented: "I'd have expected her to scream up a storm by the way she fought us to get her in there," and the one with the lead replied "she can't, she's completely mute." she was lead into a corral and as soon as the lead was unclipped she hastily made her way to the far end "That-a-girl, just stay here and clam down a while, then we can put you in with the rest." he turned casually and left. she took a moment to look around, the left she saw a large pasture with lots of other horses, she wished desperately she could call out to them and ask where she was, but that wasn't an option, so she just stared in that direction and waited for one of them to notice her.

The carraige soon stopped, and Thorn and DownFall were led to this huge pasture, with other grazing horses. She would've gone to every single one in a matter of seconds, but something caught her eye. A pure white mare was being led to a stable, her head hung low. Her heart reached out to the young calf, and made her way slowly towards the stable where she was being kept.
"Where are you going?" came DownFall's deep booming voice.
"I don't know, just to go talk, you should to." she threw over her shoulder.
DownFall just let it slide, and went to go chat with some of the grazing horses.

her ears flicked in attention, one was coming towards her. She lifted her muzzle in acknowledgement, but how was she going to explain herself?

Lucky snorted as he looked out of two barred windows in his tailer, he saw the barn and shook his mane,feeling very excited " Where here " the old farmer said whom was driving the trailer, once the door opened Lucky shot out almost immediately, he was a race horse after all and hated to be cramped
