Time for some drama >:D Help me decide?

An unknown disease spreads across the land, killing off many horses at the ranch. Symptoms are; fever that may reach as high as 106 °F (41 °C). The fever usually lasts for 24–48 hours. Nervous signs appear during the fever that include sensitivity to sound, periods of excitement, and restlessness, drowsiness, drooping ears, circling, aimless wandering, head pressing, inability to swallow, and abnormal gait. The horse usually suffers complete paralysis and death two to four days after symptoms appear. (i already have a disease in mind so i do not need any suggestions )

Some one leave an oil lamp in the hay loft. The hay catches fire and it quickly spreads, burning down the stallion and gelding barn. Some horses died, while others suffer from the smoke that filled their lungs. Some recover, while others do not.

someone is lurking around the farm and the horses are getting restless and unable to control. a few of the ranches horses are continuing to disappear from their pens and stalls. many of the riders fear for their horses and are continuously looking for the person.

Mika smiled at him reassuringly, hoping that the longer they road the more he would open up. A branch lay in the pathway straight ahead. Slowly, she readied herself to jump, nudging Siren slightly with her heels as they got to the branch. Her jump was clean and effortless, and as they came out of it Siren whinnied in delight.


★Sleeping With Sirens★

Siren could see the jump, could feel Mika getting ready and instantly adrenaline shot through her. She focused, pushing everything out of her senses. She couldn't remember the last time she had jumped, and as she leapt over the branch she felt her body shiver in delight. Not a single fault as she landed on the ground , cantering out the rest of the jump with a head shake and a loud excited whinny.

He saw the jump and knew Ernie knew what to do and that he could make it over the jump easily. When they got over it he patted Ernie's neck.

Ernie
He looked at the jump and jumped over it, clearing the log with ease, he was getting in a better mood by the minuet so he was becoming his usual self.

Mika laughed, her black hair flowing behind her. She loved how excited Siren was getting and couldn't wait to find a large jump. The trip from the UK had made them both restless and they were both just as happy to be on the trail again.


★Sleeping With Sirens★

Siren snorted playfully , kicking her feet up in glee. To hear Mika laughing and to feel the burn of energy meant the world to Siren, she even turned to Ernie with a smile in her eyes. She nickered gleefully and darted forward.

He slowed Ernie to a walk and watched Mika and Siren then he sighed and started talking to Ernie about well, everything he could think of.

Ernie
He nickered with laughter shining in his eyes. Then he just listened to Alex, happy they could just walk. Sometimes he just preferred to walk over everything else.

Mika noticed that they had slowed and calmly called to Siren, getting her to halt. She glanced back at Alex "You and Ernie okay?" she asked running a nervous hand through her hair.


★Sleeping With Sirens★

Siren could feel Mika's nervousness and glanced back behind her. She could almost feel how hard Mika was trying and felt bad. Mika had never tried having friends before, why was this boy different. She snorted and turned towards Ernie, rearing with a whinny. Mika's worry was stressing her, upsetting her.

He looked at her and nodded "We are fine" He looked at her, watching her run a shaky hand through her hair then he looked at her worried, the first emotion he had shown, when Siren reared.

Ernie
He looked at Siren and nickered quietly while walking towards her, trying to calm her down.

Mika felt herself tense and closed her eyes. She wrapped her arms around Sirens neck "Siren what are you doing!?" she shouted nervously, feeling herself falling from the saddle.


★Sleeping With Sirens★

Siren landed with a thud, Mika scooting forward into the saddle again. She stomped her foot in annoyance and stared at the two in front of her while Mika caught her breath and regathered the reins in her hand.

He watched her, ready to help her if she fell or was about to "Are you ok Mika?" He asked looking at them both, he didnt know what startled Siren

Ernie
He nicked and moved a little closer while putting his ears up, asking if she was ok. He flicked his tail hitting some flies in the process.
