{Ok, so I have news! My back hurt for a while now and its the spine and it's called...... I can't say it but let's say it's, contagious, and fatal from what they can tell so far. So i'll be a wee more inactive. And they think it's not the fatal condition, but yay on that. SO i'll be a wee more inactive then usual sleeping and all.}

He shrugged "Doesn't mean you won't." he said then sighed and took a few steps back out of the water and sat down with a sigh. "Alright.. the only reason i know of this place is because of Ivory." he said then looked up at Wisp from his paws. "And no, Ivory wasn't a dog. She was a girl." he began, "I was born in the pound with my brothers and sisters and they all got adopted out quickly but, no one wanted me for some reason. Maybe it was because i had two different colored eyes, i'll never know and even my mother got adopted before me. But, one day a young girl came in and she looked at me and the people opened my cage and she hugged me, i remember it as clear as yesterday, and i knew i had found a home. Her mother got sick soon after i came to their home so i never saw much of her but, when i did see her she was very kind, just like Ivory. Then she passed away a few weeks later.. Ivory was always so playful and always gave me treats and we did everything together but, her mothers death made her very upset, it affected her father too.. When Ivory was better, her father still couldn't get over her death and he started drinking.. And one night Ivory let me outside before bed and i heard something crash and heard Ivory start crying. I ran to the door and started barking when i heard her father yelling at her for some reason. Then a few minutes later, she came to the door and wrapped her arms around me and cried on me.." he felt his eyes start to water but blinked to clear them away. He took a breath before continuing. "I didn't move until she did and we went upstairs to her room. The next day i saw the bruises on her and i swore that i would never let anyone hurt her again. Not while i was still breathing anyways. Her father tried to hit her again then next day and i bit at his pant leg, not trying to hurt him, just trying to get him away from Ivory. He didn't get to her and when he turned towards me, she ran out of the house and i took off after her and.. We ended up here. We came here everyday. From the time she got home from school to the time the sun started going down, just to escape everything. But, one night when we came home, a man was there, from the pound. Her father hated me so much that he had called the pound to take me away. I remember him calling me a monster.. i was only protecting my girl, he was the monster.. Anyways, the took me to the pound to be put to sleep but, there was a huge earthquake or something and the whole building seemed to come down around me. My cage had fallen and busted open wide enough for me to squeeze out but, i cut my shoulder open on a piece of metal sticking from it. It hurt but, i wasn't my main concern at the time. I ran back to my old home but, Ivory nor her father was there. So i searched everywhere for her, coming here last, she wasn't here either though.." he whimpered and looked down feeling tears begin to swell again. "I promised her that i would protect her.. I told her that everything would be ok and i would always be there for her.. And i failed her.. It's my fault she's gone, i couldn't protect her.." he said, his voice barley above a whisper but, loud enough to hear.

She finished her rabbit after a short while and sat down, curling her tail by her leg as she yawned. "I'm tired." she told Sailor as she looked around for a place she could sleep.

She laughed as she watched Butch play in amusement. This was a whole new side to him she thought she would never see. She stood up and shook out her coat before taking a few steps closer to the big brute. "Well hey Mr. Turtle, it's starting to get dark. We should start heading back to camp when you figure out how to get off your back." she told him, putting a paw on his side with a smile.

He blinked a few times then looked back at Whisky after she had nuzzled him. He watched as tears rolled down her muzzle, then listened quietly as she spoke, his eyes never leaving her face. Then when she was finished speaking he slowly lifted his head up to hers and touched his muzzle to hers, looking into her eyes. His breath was returning to almost normal but, he was still tired and weak from the loss of blood. He sighed as he finally looked away towards the puddle. He bared his teeth as he struggled to stand. It was obvious he could never do it on his own but, his pride, even at a time like this, wouldn't allow him to ask for help.

She laughed and nodded "Yes, mine as well. They did good, that's for sure." she smiled. She stood up and shook out her coat before glancing around then back at Floyd. "Well, now that we are all good and full, what do you want to do?" she asked him curiously.
