Mountain looked down, '"I don't know. I don't want to worry the clan. The wolf pack, I mean..... It was thirty strong at least," she told him, holding his gaze. She pushed herself into a sitting position, so that she was level with him, "Not yet, I want to track them, no other dog. I can't risk another dog's life. I will track them and see where they go if they are headed for our camp, I will tell the pack. Until then, post a guard right outside the camp, a skilled fighter. Don't tell them what they are looking for, I'm sure they'd tell us if they saw a wolf anyways. But I'm going to go track them now," Mountain stood up and brushed past Seth, she stopped and smiled at him half way through the entrance, "You have been a good deputy, keep up the work," she nodded to him then dissappeared out to the cave, standing still for a moment.
(um, maybe Brie can smell them later, just not right now. Maybe a week from now.)
