"Hide and seek... Sure, we can do that!" she said. "You go first." She quickly darted to a corner and stuck her face in it so she couldn't see where he went.

"Ok!" Zach quickly turned, dashing own an empty ally. He crawled under a potato sack, but his wagging tail stuck out. He was unaware of that, and kept wagging it happily.

After waiting a bit, Egypt whirled around and glanced from side to side. She then walked around, trying to follow Zach's scent. But she wasn't a hound in the slightest, so it took her a bit before she was sure where she was going. She turned to the alley he was in and stood in the entrance of it. "This is when my sight hound abilities come in!" she whispered, narrowing her eyes to look around.
Then she spotted it!
Zach's tail was poking out and wagging around. Egypt grinned and began to creep toward it. As she got closer, she jumped on it, barking, "I found you!"

Zach lifted his head, the potato sack still on it, so he looked somewhat like a tan ghost (you know, like when someone puts a sheet over their head) "how'd you find me so fast?"

She motioned toward his tail. "It looked like a crazy snake."

Blaze was resting near an unattended human child stroller. She didn't know where the mother went... But she went somewhere. The Irish setter couldn't just let a child sit alone, so she sat next to its stroller.

I slowly walked over to a small girl crying. The girl was sitting by a dumpster, away from the people. I looked at her, and licked her face trying to comfort her.

"Oh. My tail tends to give me away," Zach said, recalling that dogs often told him it was his tail that clued them in to his location.
