''I know. That's where they belong." Rain said as she snuggled with the pups. She looked over at the farm dogs and smiled qt them. '"thank you all for your kindness and help with the pups and Hunter and I. I wish I could reward you all some way." she said.

--The border collie almost said something, as if about to make a joke, but was roughly nudged by the white german shepherd.
-Hunter licked his mate once more. "I love you, Rain." he smiled lightly. He lay his head on her back, looking at his puppies.

"That's funny, didn't we discuss that like a few weeks ago?" Rain joked.She gently set the still born puppies over in the corner of the tattered old blanket and licked the five surviving puppies with affection.She saw the door open a crack and saw a glimpse of the old woman peeking in. She clearly had see Rain go in there, and wanted to check on her and the pups. "I love you to though." Rain said softly to Hunter as she licked him, careful not to disturb the puppies.

--Hunter smiled and he nuzzled her. He jumped and he noticed the woman pick up one of their puppies. He almost growled, but he remembered the consequences. Besides, she's an old lady. What could she do? He still watched her and didn't want anymore pups dead. The rest of the dogs went back to doing their jobs and the old lazy examined the rest of them. When she was finished, she pat Rain's head and left. Hunter sighed, picturing the sight of five puppies bouncing off the walls with energy.

"It's so amazing how they're just here, and they're ours." Rain said sweetly as she nuzzled the puppies. They had now fallen asleep, which was what they did. Eat sleep, eat sleep, until they grew old enough to add play and explore to the list. Another woman, who she presumed was the woman's daughter came in to look at the puppies and Rain watched with caution. She could tell Hunter was on high alert as well, because of his posture and how intently he was watching.

--Hunter watched the puppies with a smile. They all had at least one part of them that looked like their parents. Only one looked just like Rain, but had solid brown coloring. One pup was snuggling with his mother. The rest got their own little group and snuggled together. Hunter licked the loner and picked him up, placing him between he and Rain. "How are you feeling about more?" He said, mainly joking. If these were too much of a handful, he wouldn't be sure if he wanted more.

"I'm only up for them if you are." Rain said with a smile as she licked mini Hunter. She had to admit, all the puppies were adorable with their small coats and unique features and soon to be discovered personalities. She looked at all of Hunter and her puppies, all so small and innocent and downright adorable. She sighed happily, savoring the moment of her first litter.

(I can imagine making the form for one of the puppies right now. History: Well, I was just born in a shed with my siblings and now i'm sleeping. Personality: Dude, seriously, i've only been alive like an hour.)

--I just thought of a fun game: Take any post in this roleplay and imagine the characters as humans. I'm scared to see what you come up with.--

--Hunter smiled and he licked between her eyes. "So you want me to sleep with you tonight in the shed or should we move the puppies?" He asked, the thought of the wolf coming back came to mind. Though it was unlikely that he could open and close a shed door that had a circle knob, he was still worried.

"It's your choice, although the door might be closed. Or something else could happen." Rain said after a little thought The door opened once more, and Rain's ears perked as the women entered. The old lady had a leash and put it on Rain and had her get up. The second woman picked up the puppies and carefully placed the puppies in a large woven basket. "Wonder where they're taking us." Rain asked as she looked around.

(Hmm, should they now be kept in something like an old horse stall, cow pen, or a different and sturdier shed?)

--Hunter faught his jaw as the woman picked the pup next to him. He knew they weren't trying to hurt them. "That better not touch our puppies." he said, a rumble in his throat. He circled the female, trying to tell the human he won't let them take her without taking him, too. The other human took Hunter an brought him with the other Hunting dogs. Hunter almost growled, but he kept forgetting that being apart of a farm with lots of dogs meant you needed a job. But he wanted to see his family.

--I guess a horse stable, being it's bigger--
