Blaze didn't give up, though. He kept clawing, trying to climb up, but when he slipped, he fell head-first on the ground, passed out.

The leopard grunted and backed up, climbing up the tree again, holding Flower. He replied tartly, "you'll see, now shush."

Blaze grunted and opened one eye, feeling something licking him. He huffed and shifted, wincing from the fall but he wasn't too hurt.

The leopard took her to the very top of the tree. The branches joined to make a clearing, with leaves hanging above. Many leopards crowded, some young, some old, some cubs, some adults. It seemed to be their camp.

Blaze mumbled and scrambled to his paws, glancing at her warmly before his gaze clouded. He started to turn upset that he couldn't get to the leopard that was running away with Flower in time.

The leopard huffed and threw her into the clearing, grumbling. The leopards crowded, eyes narrowed and some eyes wide.
