Nex seemed quite disappointed at their decline, his tail drooping. "So not even a small walk in the forest would not be good?" His tone was softer, and his amber eyes darted to make sure that Chief or Xavier wasn't watching. Noticing her straight forward tone and emotionlessness, Nex sat down, ignoring Morriana's voice but noticing the growl in her stomach. "You have my permission to pick something off the kill pile." He told the fae, blinking slowly.
Fawn stood up, padding slowly to the kill pile. A brute growled at her, and she simply whimpered out, "It is for the lead guard." He nodded, watching as she picked up a piece of elk and walked away. The juice flooded across her tongue, and she knew she could never eat it, so she let them drip out of her mouth and on the dirt. The small fae approached Scout, her tail tucked as she made her offering. "I brought you a piece of elk, sir. One of the best pieces on the pile."
