There is always those pack bonds that hold us to the place to call home but there is always that one wolf who strives for more than a happy family and that trait is power. Many leave to find mates and start their own pack while some stay to keep to the easy life of having a family to depend on when things get hard. In the end we are all social animals. The struggle for power is the reason we fight, along with protecting what is rightfully ours. There is no such thing as love at first sight, when you have a rank of power, well, your mate is the strongest female or male within the pack, always being challenged by those who strive to lead the pack. No one can guarantee that you will always be the alpha or beta, you may loose that rank for all you know as only the strong survive in this land. Life itself can be a struggle for survive in the end. Do you hold the strength to challenge those above you, take your righteous place and become a leader? After all, there is never peace when shadows lurk around the corner.

There is no such thing as a perfect wolf. I do understand that sometimes we want it to be like that. So they can win the hearts of everyone. But remember, everyone has their flaws. Just like you and me. So do every wolf, along with every living and non living creature in the world. So you wont kill a big animal on the first try alone. You will get hurt. You will mess up, but that's okay. That's what keeps the roleplay interesting
◗ Keep Genders Even ;;
At the top of the ranks, there is a gender count. Now, this is a 'no duh' rule, but try to keep the genders as even as possible. If there is eleven females, and two males, I would expect you to join with at least one male. But if we are close in numbers, then feel free to join with whatever genders you want.
◗ Literacy ;;
If you haven't read above, this is the ' Animal Roleplays (Realistic) ' page. That means stay low semi-lit. That means at least two lines per post per wolf. I don't want any two worders, and I don't want any boring posts (Ex: Jizzabelle walked through the woods and sighed). I want well written (and it would be nice if they were also pretty) posts. Font Meme and Links in posts are considered spam, do not use them unless you are making your wolf's character form.
◗ Forums ;;
Please make your own forum. I will not provide one. I want to see how creative you can go with these forums. I don't want extremely boring forums that just say their name and basic info. I want beauty, and detail. I'm not saying they have to be twelve paragraphs long, but make sure that at least look nice.
◗ Characters ;;
I do not mind how many characters you have. You can have twenty seven, or you can have one. I don't mind, just make sure that you keep up with them all, and make sure that they remain active
◗ Activity ;;
I don't like it when people join, and then quit after a single day. I would like it if you would stay on for a wile. It makes things more interesting, and so this roleplay wont die out. That's annoying when that happens.
◗ Reservations ;;
I will only hold a reservation for 24 hours. No more, no less. If you reserve a rank, and someone else wants it, and you do not post your forum within a day, I will give the other person that rank.
◗ Crushes ;;
You must join with a crush. Now, I'm not saying that you have to like this wolf for the rest of the roleplay, but it adds drama, and makes it more interesting. And it can be a crush crush, or a crush as in someone that you deeply admire or respect. Your crush can change any time in the roleplay. Just make sure you join with one. And if you don't have one within two pages of posting, then I will remind you, and you will need one.
◗ Fighting for Ranks ;;
This WILL be permitted but please make sure you have a winner in the end because that winner will receive that rank and the mate of the ranked wolf if it is a high ranking wolf. This will not occur often because then the pack would be in chaos, the consequence of loosing the rank will be a demotion. Loners are not allowed to challenge pack wolves, if they do, they will not earn that rank and will not be welcomed into the pack.
◗ Ages and Realism ;;
You must join with a wolf older than six months old, do not ask to be any younger because it wouldn't be realistic. Wolves do not have blue eyes unless that eye is blind so don't say they do. Please make sure you know the eye color that wolves do have, there are many sites that can help with this.

These two wolves manage the pack. They lead the pack and are the strongest. They are mates but that is temporary as they can be challenged at any moment. They manage the small things also, hunting, the affair of loners trespassing, and the production of pups. Without pups the pack can't prosper.

These two wolves consist of the second strongest pack members. There is the male and the female. They are second in line and will challenge the dominate of their gender if they wish. They take care of patrols and hunting parties along with stepping in when the dominate pair is not around.

These wolves take care of the hunting within the pack. They are skilled in both areas of hunting and fighting. They do not split themselves into different groups but rather work together to take down the biggest prey and also to protect the pack from rivals and loners. They are the foundation of the pack so to speak.

These are the young of the pack. They are the new generation and the future of the wolves who made them. These little guys range in age from newborns to one year of age, it is then that they will receive their rank or fight for the right to lead the pack and strip a older wolf of their title.

The territory that the wolves reside in is full of prey. There is the forest where most of the prey resides. The closest water source is the rocky river. This is the safest place for the younger wolves to play, the water gets no higher than a foot and is perfect for teaching extremely young pups how to swim. The rocky river is located in the forest. The next water source is located outside the forest. The clear lake is extremely deep, perfect for swimming. You can see the bottom of the lake also and all the fish that reside in it. The most dangerous place for the younger wolves to go is in the dark forest. The rogues that have occupied this area stay here. They are often trying to trick these young wolves into falling for them, especially the females. Most of these wolves are mainly males, with the occasional female that has some sort of relation to one of the males as a mate. The more private areas are that of the falls. It is here that most mates come to talk and basically have the privacy to mate during the mating season. It is also were wolves come to speak to each other that have crushes on each other or just want to have a good time without eyes of others watching them. The area in which the wolves reside they call a clearing. It is where all the wolves have their dens and usual rest here early in the morning.

The current season is spring. It is not early spring so most of the female wolves are in heat, if they have a mate, then there will probably be some pups around the summer. The females will be in heat for around two weeks during spring and afterwards, all the tension between the males will be forgotten. The air is warm and the mornings are cool. The prey is plentiful since new young is being born. This is also a time to remember about predators as the supply in food also means that they will be lurking around.

Description}} "Well, I'm handsome." This brute is pretty large for the standard male wolf. He is covered in nothing but white fur, seeing as both his parent's held this coat color. It's not too thick but it also isn't thin either, enough to keep the wolf warm in most types of weather. He has the dulled brown orange colored eyes and his nose is a dark grey. His paw pads are all black and his coat is more of a creamy white than anything. He is very muscular though he does have a long scar over his muzzle from a bear attack.

Personality}} "Describe myself? It'd be my pleasure." Blue Grenade is a very intimidating type of wolf. He uses his size and rank to put others in their right place. Getting to the top is never easy and he plans to keep his rank until he can no longer win against those who challenge him. Grenade is a very stubborn and strong willed brute, he will do what he says, as he keeps his word. Blue doesn't like wolves that deliberately disobey the laws of the pack, as they are put there for a reason. The brute doesn't enjoy reminding others of their place but it is needed here and there. He can be as playful as a pup if he wants to be along with sweet. Grenade is one to try and make sure everyone is happy before himself, he will take very little from a kill if it is small and the pack needs the food, after all, he wouldn't be a leader if he didn't have a well fed pack.
History }} "Why should I tell you my secrets?" To begin with, Blue Grenade is not his birth name. Grenade was born with the name Soul, it was the name his father labeled him as. He had three younger siblings, meaning he was the first born. Both his parents were former pack wolves but were challenged for their rank and eliminated from the pack to prevent them challenging the new pair. Life wasn't exactly easy for his parents with three young mouths to feed. Their first winter proved this. The runt of the littler Calix, died from the climate and lack of getting enough food from his larger siblings. Blue Grenade was left with a brother and a sister by the time spring came. They were around five months old by then and they were beginning to learn how to hunt. The young brute excelled in almost everything while his two siblings struggled. They seemed to get better over time and it wasn't long before they were strong two year olds. Grenade, formally known as Soul left his family to find a pack, no longer wanting just the social bonds of family, there was always something missing that they couldn't fill. The brute was soon accepted into a pack as a mere omega. He worked his way up, challenging wolves and losing, sometimes winning but rarely. The more he tried, the better he got. He was able to hold the title of dominate mate at the end of his third year. The brute was finally at the top and that missing piece was filled finally. Soul didn't seem to fit the brute, so, he took it upon himself to change his name completely, into something more strong and structured. Around his fourth year, he was out hunting with his pack when a bear tried to steal the kill, it was then that he received the scar across his muzzle as they fought if off. By the end of his fourth year, he managed to hold his rank from the challenges he received.
Likes }} "I like a few things." Blue loves to watch the sun rise and see it set. He also likes to form bonds with his pack-mates and make sure everyone is okay. The brute has a enormous soft spot for pups also.
Dislikes }} "I have many." Grenade doesn't like to be challenged for his rank. He doesn't like to be in the cold and definitely hates the rain, it leaves him cold and soaked after all.
Fears }} "Fears are for the submissive." This brute has a high fear of drowning, its just from his puphood. He usually avoids swimming unless it isn't deep water with a strong current.
The Family }} "My family is long gone, this is none of your concern." This brute was born with three siblings and loners as parents. His mother was named White Cardinal and his father was known as Dark Voodoo. His siblings were called Calix, Reule, and Lotus. This left him with three brothers and one sister.

Indi once did have a bright, cheerful, and enthusiastic personality until she grew older. Now she is quiet and reserved. It is not common of her to show many emotions, and her expression is often kept solemn. She hardly will speak and prefers to keep to herself. She is described by many as being aloof. In actuality she just isn't very social and became antisocial when she became a bit detached to her emotions. She also tends to be a bit intense about her thoughts and the thoughts of others. She just does not exactly see emotions as easily as others do. Another many do not exactly like about Indi is she can be a bit doubtful of others and not put her full trust into them. It takes time for her to trust someone, as it has taken time for her to put trust in herself. There is some good things about Indi, like how she can be extremely kind,always wanting to help others and sacrificing her own time to give some advice or offer a helping hand. She is also extremely loyal to her pack. Even though she was born a loner, she understands that this is where she is better off. She also has a ton of advice- she knows what to do in any predicament.

Indi was born as a loner to her two parents, with one brother Gale. Her brother didn't last long. He died in a snow storm during his seventh month. Indi was old enough to remember the cold. After that, her parents decided to gve Indi the advantage to know how to heal, to avoid losing their second pup. It wasn't long before she was skilled in healing all sorts. She left her parents for one day to go hunting when she got separated from them. She decided it was time to take up a life on her own, when she joined up with the pack.

Indi is a small framed female. Her fur is soft, warm and thick. It is shorter, but very full and keeps her warm. the coloring is mostly a soft creamy white, but her points are all darker; legs, ears, muzzle, tail, and her underbelly. She has dark but warm coffee colored eyes, which are larger and very round in shape. Her eyesight is pristine. She is lighter in weight, shorter than the average wolf, but very smart. Her senses are nothing short of flawless, but her coordination and stamina are lacking, making her not the best of hunters.

Would You Be So Kind As To Introduce Yourself? Well, to start off with, I am guessing you would like to know my name, correct? My name is Reid. I know, it's a odd name. But I like it. I guess it seems sort of unique. It's pronounced Ree-d, very simple. I don't really have any nicknames for it since my name is already pretty short... but if you want to, you can call me Re. My age..? You really need to know? Anyways. I am around 3 years old. So that means I was born on... February 18th, so I'm told. Eh hem. What did you say? Am I a boy or a girl?!!? You couldn't have figured it out by now? I guess not. It's very obvious. I am larger than a female, my voice is deeper than a female's, and just because my name is for a male and a female doesn't mean I'm not a male! Since you still probably can't figure it out, I am a brute or boy. My rank... well I am the Alpha Male.

Can you come out into the open more? I can't really see you. Are you blind or something? Because I am sure you can see me clearly. I mean, come on! Ah, fine... well, if you look closely... you can see my eyes are a sort of grey brown color. It's not really anybody's favorite, but that doesn't matter. Moving on. My coat is sort of a mix. It has splashes of black and grey, but it is mostly white. My sister, Tempestatem, told you about me right? Have you seen her yet at all? If she has, she probably have said my name is Talinu. No..? Well, I look pretty similar to her so don't get us mixed up. Late but not least... scars. Me being... simply not-let-things-slide-easily me, I have many scars from my fights. One time a bear stole my food and I was not in a good mood at all that day. So now I have a long scar running from my left hip all the way up my neck. You can't really see it since it blends in with my fur.

We have the basics and obvious things down... but I still have some things to ask. Like, well, I want to know what your past. I don't like to talk about it. But since I know you're going to pester me till you find out. To start off with, I was kicked out when I was a year old, just like my siblings. Our parents kept saying something about us finding out our 'destiny'. Which I guess is something traditional in my family. I lived a loner for perhaps my most of my life until a couple of months ago when I came across two run-away siblings that were about my age. Their names were Diamond and Crow. Diamond was especially flirty and Crow was the quiet, smart one. We had many problems along the way. One night I didn't get enough sleep so I was really irritable that day. I did my normal routine, get up and catch food and wait for Diamond and Crow to get up. I caught a deer, went to wake up Crow and Diamond, and when I came back, there was a bear stealing my prey. I attacked it and it attacked me, the fight went on for who knows how long. Once it finally ran off, I was beat up pretty bad. Of course, Crow and Diamond had run off to prevent from getting hurt. So I was on my own to heal, and then I found you guys. Yes, I am leaving out many things because they're personal.

After this, I only have one more question. Would you mind telling me your personality? I can't really speak for myself since I am me. But for sure I can tell you that I am not full of myself. First of all, I am serious about my job. When something needs to get done, I drop what I'm doing and go finish it. I don't care if anyone says I need to take a break from my work, I still won't stop. If my family was here, they would say I am independent. I am not fond of working in groups and really don't like it if there is another who loves to goof off. I'm much better off in a one-wolf job than a two-or-more-wolf job. If I may, I would like to throw in that I am adventurous. Which some call 'The Fun Side' of me. Which is sort of true... since I usually seem to be this big,boring,strict wolf that doesn't really do anything but their job, but I can be pretty fun too. I love to go to new places, I love to explore, and I love to discover new things that doesn't include my job. If you want me to be that Reid for awhile, just don't let me stay up late to often and don't pester me about things.

Last but not least, your love life. Right now, I am single and crushless. I currently have no crush since I have never really been into the love thing. So that explains the crush. A mate? I would of said I had a crush if I had one! So no, I don't have a mate right now. What I would look for in a mate? Well, I don't have any particular things in mind so I will tell you later. Also, I don't have pups.
