Nanuq - The Polar Bear

Nanuq pack is lead by the fierce she-wolf Raven. Her father was the beta before her, and after the death of Naka, the former leader, Raven took his place. The pack is named Nanuq for many reasons, but the main one is that they are strong and fierce. They will never back down from a fight and are ready to defend their territory. They live on the mountains of the plains, it's windy and there are multiple cliffs that line the edge of their home. They also have a small lake, nothing to brag about, that leads into a river that winds down the moutain's face. It's colder up here, so these wolves coats tend to be a bit thicker than the wolves of Yakone.

Yakone - Red Aurora

This pack's leader is Korvu, a strong and loyal leader. They also have a large pack and are more family oriented than Nanuq. They value their pups and make quite a scene when new litters are born. This pack does partake in arranged matings, but you always have a choice. This pack is more old school, and they want the best for everyone. Yakone's territory is beyond the mountains and across the river in a patch of tall grass and trees. This is isolated by the shallow waters of the river, so literally they live on an island. This pack can swim a bit, but definitely not for long.

Nickname ;; He doesn't have one, but feel free to make one up.
Age ;; Caliban is five years of age.

Personality ;; Caliban is very mature and has somewhat of a regal side to him. He always holds his head high and he is extremely proud to be a wolf. He is also a very fatherly figure and doesn't mind taking wolves under his wings and showing them the way. He has never started a fight, but has gladly ended a few in his lifetime.
History ;; Caliban was born to a male and female named Noleka and Aleu. These two wolves couldn't have been better parents. Caliban and his brothers and sisters were very loved by the pack, seeing as his parents were also very loved. When Caliban was three months old, his sister Rosie died of a disease. The pack mourned the loss of the sweet female, and Caliban was lost. He knew he had another sister remaining, plus his three other brothers, but without Rosie, he felt his family was gone. At the age of one year, Caliban decided to run away, leaving his home pack and joining a few others along his journey. He did find a mate, but they fell out of love with each other before they mated, and Caliban moved on. Now he resides here, in his current pack.

Personality ;; Raven is a very feisty female who is all about being top wolf. She is very strict and adamant about her ways. She still believes in some of the old ways of having the parents pick the mates, but since her parents are no longer alive, she is left to decide for herself.
History ;; Raven was born to a female named Midnight, and this is where Raven gets her deep night black fur from. Her father was not in the picture, so it was just Raven and her two sisters, Clara and Lily. When Midnight became mates with another male, Storm, he didn't want Raven or her sisters. He wanted only his new pups, to create the perfect family. Raven learned this from the Beta male, Thor, and together they basically got rid of Storm. When Storm left, so did Raven's mother and sisters, and later on Clara and Lily were murdered. And when her mother, the alpha, left, so did the pack. Raven is now left with an empty Nanuq.

Personality ;; Noelani is quite a tomboy in the fact that she doesn't mind getting dirty and getting into fights. Despite the fact of being a tomboy, she is quite shy. She sticks to herself and spends her time being dedicated to her work as a hunter. She is also a loving and caring wolf, and tries to be polite to everyone.
History ;; Noelani was born without her mother, and as crazy as that sounds, her mother died during her birth. She has one brother, in another pack and his name is Kuruk. They were raised by their older sister who had also had a litter, as strange as that is.. Anyway, being raised with your cousins and your brother, who are all boys, makes you one tough cookie.

Personality - kat definitely has a unique personality. she is the type of the wolf to hold a grudge, it is hard for her to forgive and forget. she has difficulty making friends, therefor she usually won't come up and talk to you out of the blue unless she is bored. she has trust issues, and it will take a large amount of effort for her to be comfortable with you. though she does know how to have fun. she definitely is a softy and loves pups. but, she is not afraid to speak up to anyone for what she feels and believes in. she isn't afraid to fight anyone who is hurting her pack, and will fight to the death for anyone. she isn't afraid to enforce rules when needed. and she is definitely insecure. but inside she is a fighter. and when i say fighter, i mean physically, mentally and emotionally.

History - she was born on the cold and damp streets of the arctic, and was the runt of her litter. and whats ironic about that is that all of her siblings passed away, because they couldn't handle the rough and cold life of living up north. her parents were planning to kill her, because they were displeased with the way she acted and the pure fact that she was a runt. so she fled her pack, and became the alpha of a new one when she was merely one year old. but that pack revolted against her, and tried to kill her. though, there was one brute; he was shy, meek. he stood up for her and stopped the rebellion, and they became mates once her pack left. he went by the name of gray. he had the most luxurious fur and the prettiest, fire colored eyes kat had ever seen. and they left the area to have a family, but before they got to the chance, gray had met several other faes and left kat for one, leaving her heart broken and depressed.

Description}} "Well I've seen myself a few times in a puddle, so I guess I can tell you what I look like. I'm small, even for a wolf, I was the runt of my litter. I have creamy whitish grey fur and dark, grey and black wolf markings covering my entire pelt. Oh! I forgot to tell you the best part. My eyes are a luminous gold color, my best feature really. That, and my light weight and long legs let me run blisteringly fast. Not too bad, eh?"

Personality}} "What I'm like? Well, I don't know." This female is a bit of a shy one, the opposite of her charismatic brother. She prefers instead to bury her nose in her work, which is why she's one of the best healers her pack has ever seen. This has partly to do with her excellent training, her mother was a great healer and passed her knowledge down to her daughter. Even if she might look soft and dainty, those tiny paws are agile and equipped with needle-sharp nails.

Though Kivari is shy, she hates being ordered around and will rarely follow any instructions given to her. She prefers to go her own way, when she wants too. She's stubborn to a fault and can make your life a living hell if she wants to, so play nice and you'll get along fine. She absolutely cannot stand it when males say she's soft, weak, or anything that implies she is somehow less than them; and will go to any lengths to prove it. She's quite the daredevil, actually.

Kivari has trouble making friends with her sky and easily flustered nature, she doesn't relate to other wolves that well and prefers to spend most of her time working. She learned from a young age how to earn respect, though, usually with a show of intelligence or speed, and has won her way into the hearts of many a male this way. She can be flirtatious when she wants to be, but this is very rare seeing how she likes to keep to herself. However, there are those certain brutes that she just can't seem to stay away from. If she considers you one of those, then you are very lucky indeed. It's hard to gain the affection of a shadow.


History}} "You wouldn't care even if I told you." This female is not from around here. In the beginning of her life, she was born into a litter of two. Her older brother was much bigger than she was, even at birth. She was not expected to survive, but, miraculously, she made it. Her mother raised the two pups, teaching them how to hunt and fight. Eventually Kivari and her brother, Korvu, left the protective side of their mother to find their own way. They traveled together before finding a good spot and began to find wolves to join their pack, the Yakone.

Personality}} "I don't think I'm the best judge of that." Korvu is a charismatic wolf. He is the epitome of charm, suave with the ladies and cordial to the brutes. He is a very calm wolf and rarely loses his temper, but when he does he is a sight to behold.

Inwardly Korvu can be a bit of a sweet guy. He tries to keep that side of him buried so he can lead his pack to the best of his ability, he doesn't want his feelings to get in the way of that. Because of this it is rare to see him joke around with the other wolves, though his smile is something that his wolves see often.

Now he loves a good-looking fae, don't get him wrong, but he needs someone who is headstrong but caring, able to lead wolves well, and is fearless. He can't afford to let many wolves close to him because he's afraid they are just trying to get into his good graces and not into being his friend or true love. If he ever does decide to take a mate, it'll be someone he knows, without a doubt, that she will always have his back.

History}} "I don't think that's any of your business." Korvu was born in a litter of two. His younger sister, Kivari, was much smaller than he was. He is very fond of her, and would die for her if needed. He's always looked out for her. Anyway, when Korvu had to leave his mother Kivari went with him. They were looking for a place to start a pack and find their own mates. Kivari became the healer, and Korvu the alpha male, both positions that were well suited to them.
