kits; hasn't really been planning on it; too strenuous for a roaming cat & too "damn dangerous." justifies this most often with a lack of experience pertaining to a mother or father figure and an absolute phobia of the indoors.
personality; Arabelle is...not exactly submissive. she's definitely willing to back down when told, as long as she thinks it's reasonable, but there is absolutely nothing to suggest that she is a tameable creature or ever will be. continous passive aggressive attitudes ("do this, do that") tend to make her irritable, and she is more liable to start fighting than to run, but she's typically polite in her own way. not often flirtatious, but versed in creating the illusion of femininity; excessive "ain't"s have disappeared from her vocabulary, and her voice isn't typically high or deep. love has never really occurred to her; she does not wait for a perfect tomcat and likely never will; she rejects the idea of perfection daily, insisting that a cat with visible flaws is best for her. she only really gets along with the opposite gender, although she has experience with dealing with females. she doesn't usually hide it when she's suffering, although she doesn't think she whines. she is a decent hunter and does not require anyone or any feline to bring her food—she is happy enough to socialize. Arabelle is a somewhat amiable cat by default; she does not strain to enjoy herself & does not mask herself. her actual femininity—something that still includes her personality—is reachable, but only if she particularly admires the feline she's talking to.
history; Arabelle isn't adverse to her history, per se, she just doesn't feel felines need the bias it gives them. found as a kitten close to death and just out of her milking days by a couple of humans and taken from door to door until a family gave twenty dollars for the "free cat". afterwards, she spent enough time with them and their felines to develop a distinctly male way of speaking: not a single female to be found. it was a young Arabelle that was first let outside—in the backyard—and the feline spent longer and longer periods of time there making sure her hunting skills were alright before finally bolting out of the chain link gate. she has since interacted with too many females for her liking and only enjoyed talkin' to around three, but has never dropped a tomcat-ish vocabulary. a distinct fear of going back to life with homo sapiens appears to have developed.
other; hhh i am kind of a newcomer to cat roleplays in general! it's been a year since my last one and i am really sorry if this is extremely different in any way. uvu;; i think i really messed up her form wow
