The brute chucked at his attempt. It would be hard for Jakoby to get a good strike with the fact he was on his belly. Blue continued to shake his head back and forth, his goal was to leave a deep wound by ripping the skin with the more he pulled, already tasting the foul metallic liquid that was known as blood. When he felt it was enough, he released the brute. "Now get like a good wolf and stay out of the territory, unless you want to join so we can spar fairly." It was then he noticed the pup. "Get away from here little fae, I'll leave him be once he choices."

I froze in fear when Blue attacked Jakoby, the fight reminded me of my family's death. I ran at Blue biting his back leg, I knew it wouldn't do anything, but I had to do something. "You pack wolves are all the same, you kill for no reason. Pack wolves are ruthless killers who don't care about anything."

It was a reflex as the wolf felt something pinching his skin he kicked out, but it wasn't hard, probably enough to send her tumbling. He laughed at her words. "Kill? Who said anything about killing? I've never killed a wolf unless I've had no other choice. Now be a good little pup and get back." he said coldly, forcing himself not to growl at her ignorance.

Jakoby brought himself to his feet, blood dripping from the back of his neck on to the ground below. He could feel an insane light in his eyes. "I told you so, pack wolf." He took a shaky step forward, then another, this time more sturdy. Jakoby bared his teeth. "You say do not kill. Yet if it was winter, the wound on me would be the end of my life."

When Blue kicked me I fell back. I wanted to stand up but the wounds I had gotten earlier today was hurting worse then it has ever had. I stood back up, keeping weight off of my front left leg. "Pack wolves should feel the pain that they inflect on others, but that will only mean that loners are ruthless. If I was you, I would just leave."

The brute laughed. "Loners are pests to pack wolves. They steal our prey, attack our wolves, and even try to woo our females only to leave them with fatherless pups later on. And to you, brute. That wound of yours would be dressed if you were a pack wolf but you aren't and plus, it isn't winter, if it was, that wouldn't be so bad." He looked back to Nala. "Loners and Rogues are the ruthless of all. Packs are make up of families and friends, we have rules, you don't. You know nothing of us pup." He said before turning his attention to Jakoby.

Jakoby's eyes had turned murderous. "But I do. You wonder why I am a loner?" He drew himself up to full height, "I could not sit back and watch as my pack tore out the throats of loners. The ones left alive starved, or died of their wounds. It is not loners who are cruel. We merely try to survive. Yet you still punish us for it." He stalked past Blue, and over to Nala. He stood over her and looked back at Blue. "You would never understand."

Why do pack wolves kill? I thought to myself. We are all wolves, we are all together. Why can't we live in peace? Why do they always have to kill? We are all wolves, we are part of each other. I looked from Blue then to Jakoby. "Why do wolves always have to fight? Can't everyone just be friends?"

The brute simply laughed. "Me? Not understand? You have no clue who I am or what I've been through. Survival is what packs do. We need the prey you steal because you think you can survive on your own. We don't kill loners. We chase them off so our pups can live." He then heard Nala. "When it comes to surviving. There is only the strong. We make packs because we need each other, we have families to feed."

"You have no idea who I am! I used to be an Alpha! Don't think I don't know what pack life is like!" Jakoby looked to Blue and snarled. He reached to pick up Nala but then paused. "We can't all be friends because of wolves like him." He added to Nala with a pointed glare at Blue. He reached for her scruff, so she wouldn't have to walk.
